4. Possibility to use the extension "Site Import" over API or CLI

   It would be helpful to have the option of using the Site Import extension over an api endpoint or via cli access. This would allow the creation of automated tasks that involve it.

6. In this Free SSL era, customers should be able to install SSL certificates with API, for automation (like cPanel)

   Two issues I am facing with Plesk API for SSL certificate:

   1. The end user (customer) should have permission to manage SSL/TLS Certificates with API: The customer can install an SSL certificate with the GUI but not with API. My shared hosting provider has hidden the Let's Encrypt SSL option. I can install a LE SSL with the GUI. But manually renewing the SSL certificate every two months is a time-consuming task and if I forget to renew, the SSL will expire. If Plesk allows the end user (customer) to install SSL certificates with the API, I can easily automate the SSL renewal programmatically.

   Let's Encrypt advice for automatic renewal. In this Free SSL era, the end user (customer) should be able to automate SSL certificate installation with API.

   cPanel had this facility for the end users since 2017, if not earlier.

   1. Though Plesk Administrator and resellers can manage SSL/TLS Certificates with API, the "install certificates operation only installs a certificate to a repository, it does not enable SSL/TLS support for sites, therefore, it does not make sites available via the HTTPS protocol."

   In the Plesk GUI, the rest of the SSL installation is done with 'Hosting Settings': (a) by clicking SSL/TLS support checkbox and (b) by selecting the certificate with the drop-down menu (from the repository). But the second option is not available with the API. In the Hosting Settings (https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/obsidian/api-rpc/about-xml-api/reference/managing-sites-domains/site-settings/hosting.66557/#the-list-of-website-properties) API documentation, under 'The List of Website Properties', there is no property to select the certificate from the repository. Please fix it.

   Two issues I am facing with Plesk API for SSL certificate:

7. Export filtered results from Log Browser into a file

   It would be nice to be able to download a large number of logs from the Log browser. Currently, there are only two options:

   1. See logs in Log Browser and apply filters
   2. Download the whole log file via File manager.

   What is required is to download filtered results from Log Browser.

12. Only read user for Plesk UI

    Add the possibility to create an admin user with read-only permissions. He will be able to see all the options, but can't change anything.

14. Allow migrating domains from one account to another in Google Workspace extension

    If there are several domains set up on server A linked to Google Workspace managed by account #1, then trying to migrate them to Server B with another account #2 would result in an error because these domains are already set up under another account.

    Please make it possible to migrate domains in these scenarios without having to re-link the domains to another account and move the data manually.

15. Git LFS support in Plesk

    As time has gone on, we have introduced a git LFS server to store our images on.

    However, whenever pulling to the server it does not pull the actual images, only the pointer files.

    A Git LFS extension for Plesk would be helpful.

17. wordpress toolkit table prefix mixed case fix/patch

    I'm not sure if it's still the case but the toolkit used to (possibly still does) create table prefixes with mixed case characters (or this is done via the security checkup for existing tables).

    Unix is case sensitive, windows is not.

    MariaDB

    lowercasetablename=0 default for Unix = stored as provided and case-sensitive. $tableprefix = '7a6pcDc' will be stored as 7a6pcDctablename in the DB
    lowercasetablename=1 default on Windows = uppercase changed to lowercase but still case-insensitive $tableprefix = '7a6pcDc' will be stored as 7a6pcdctablename in the DB.

    This is mostly fine with normal database transactions SELECT/DELETE etc but this will fail for the following scenarios

    Scenario 1: Elementor Plugin checks to see if PREFIXeevents exits and then uses an identical check !== to see if they're identical comparing against the prefix in wp-config and expected table name against what the column name is and then attempts to create the table if it's not there.

    Unix results in 7a6pcDceevents !== 7a6pcDceevents (returns false and doesn't try to create the table)
    Windows results in 7a6pcDceevents !== 7a6pcdceevents (returns true, tries to insert table and errors)

    Scenario 2: Migration from Windows to Unix, previously mixed case table names would have been changed to lowercase when creating tables but still works. However when migrated to Unix this would fail as 7a6pcDc_ doesn't equal 7a6pcdc_

    Suggestion:
    If mixed case table prefixes is still a feature, then Plesk needs to recognise what environment it's being used in, it should restrict itself on Windows to lowercase characters only or know to store the prefix value in wp-config.php (and Plesk tables) as lowercase as this is the default install settings for MariaDB in Plesk.

    If this isn't still a feature (table prefixes are all now lowercase) and/or for fixing historical installations. There also needs to be a way to remedy this problem. The prefix isn't editable via the wordpress toolkit once set and causes problems if you try to edit it from within wp-config.php

    For some reason uservoice is removing underscores from some words, apologies.

18. Enable or disable permission to delete customers for reseller Service Plan

    When configuring Reseller Service Plan, under permissions tab, there is a checkbox to enable/disable Customer account creation
    When is disabled, buttons to add a new customer, and remove customer disappear.
    However, it would be good to have 2 different permission settings, one for Customer account creation and another one for Customer account deletion so we can allow or restrict deletion of customers even when creation is allowed.

19. Read only mode for Plesk

    During the upgrade of the OS on which Plesk is running, I want Plesk panel to run on read-only mode. Meaning that our clients shouldn't be able to create/add/edit any domain, mailboxes/files/etc but to "see" them it as usual.

20. When sending a mail with attached file archive it into ZIP with password automatically

    There are situations when a message with attached files should have these files in a ZIP archive.
    So, it would be good to have a feature for outgoing mail with automatical ZIP archivation of the attached files and set password protection of the archive. And also, send a password for this archive in a separate message (sending next to the message with the archive).
