Would be nice to have the ability yo perform site import or migration via CLI on Plesk for Windows, currently this is only available for Linux.

  2. Switch Fail2Ban to global Apache log if "Piped logs" option is enabled.

As for now, Fail2Ban parses error logs on a domain level. If there are more than 500 domains on the server and the "Piped logs" option is enabled in Apache configuration, it would be more efficient for Fail2Ban to automatically switch to a global Apache log.

The request is based on the false assumption that it would be more efficient to parse only the central access_log if many domains are hosted on a server. In reality in such a scenario that log will grow huge very fast. This will increase parsing time of Fail2Ban considerably and can lead to stalling the service. Instead, for Fail2Ban it is much better to split jails, and on servers with many domains even split Apache jails into parts by domain start letter A ... Z so that the individual Fail2Ban process can finish swiftly and free resources again for other tasks.

For that reason we decline the request.

  5. Add ability to create subdomains for no hosting domains

It would be great to have the ability to add subdomains on domains with disabled web hosting.

  6. Different SSL protocols for domains

Currently, Apache in Plesk can have only one set of SSL/TLS protocols (SSLProtocol defined in /etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf).
In theory, it is possible to have different SSL/TLS protocols for each vhost if they are listening on different IP addresses.
Add this feature in Plesk to be able to define different set of SSL/TLS protocols for different vhosts.

  10. Add hidden mail forwarding option

There should be an option to forward mail without letting the customer know it is enabled (to the extent permitted by the law).

Currently, it is possible to hide all mail settings from a service plan or subscription. More granular control to hide mail forwarding only, or an option to enable it separate from the customer's own forwarding settings, would help monitor malicious content.

  11. Plesk Fire Wall to upload faster, and allow incremental changes

Plesk FW when having lots of rules, is SUPER SLOW, because the rules are handled by a bash script, whereas compiled executables which ia a lot faster, is not used. This is asked to be changed.

Also, please make sure the Fire Wall script does not call a DNS query for the host of each IP, as mentioned here:
    https://serverfault.com/questions/85602/iptables-l-pretty-slow-is-this-normal

Also, as fail2ban may add a CIDR ip as x.x.x.x/12 within a blink of an eye, I am asking for Plesk to implement such incremental change ability on the Plesk Fire Wall As well

    fail2ban-client -vvv set nginx_errors banip x.x.x.x/12

  15. Separate folder for backups

Make it possible, to specify a separate path on reseller/customer basis, reasoning being that if there are physical hard drives dedicated to the customer they can not include the backups on it.

No details were provided why the existing separation of user backups in folders is insufficient. Also Plesk does not support separate drives for different subscriptions. Such a scenario could be achieved by putting accounts on different servers, too. No further information was provided on this topic. Regarding the low number of votes on this feature we must decline it.

  17. Add official support for PHP APCu - revisited.

In an "idea" posted in 2018 - and declined -, you said "As far as I know APC/APCu is outdated..."
That is incorrect. APC is outdated because PHP now uses it internally. APCu, however, is the new version of APC for external use, and it's very much up to date.
For certain applications, APCu is significantly faster than memcached or redis.
I have a shared server and can't use APCu because Plesk (still) doesn't officially support it.

This request has not received many votes. We must decline it.

However, you will find a guide how to use APCu with Plesk, even though it is not officially supported, here: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003211209

APCu is a PECL extension. These can be installed using the PECL installer built into Plesk. Tools & Settings > General Settings > PHP Settings > Click on PHP version > button "Manage PECL Packages"

  19. Service plans for additional entities(domains/subdomains/emails)

It would be great to have an option to assign not only subscriptions, but also emails and subdomains to service plans. Hence, we'll be able to sell particular email and subdomain "subscriptions".

This contradicts the product logic. Service plans are not created for business objects, but business objects are parts of service plans. We must decline this. Instead, you can already use "Add ons" to service plans to configure extra settings for business objects.
