1. Group email accounts by domain

   I would be very convenient to group the list of email accounts by domain when viewing all the emails in the Mail section of the Web Admin Edition of Plesk.

2. Allow preview urls on external domains to be pretty

   As outlined here: http://docs.plesk.com/en-US/12.5/administrator-guide/web-hosting/website-preview.70219/

   preview urls are currently in the following format:

   previewdomain.com.134-213-219-112.external-example.com

   I would like to be able to set them to look like this instead:

   previewdomain.com.staging1.external-example.com

   or something similar. I can't think of a technical reason why the ip address would need to be there.

3. Have more detailed Custom Error pages including HTTP sub-codes in Plesk

   Plesk for Windows actually provides a /error_docs/ folder containing 14 default customizable Error pages, located within the default "Virtual Host Template".

   But these 14 files only include 3-digit HTTP Codes (ie. 500).
   As defined by the HTTP protocol, IIS generally return more detailed error codes, including the subcode (ie. 500.13, or 500.100).

   It would be great if Plesk could provide more numerous error pages, relating to each error code (using "subStatusCode"), just like Microsoft did (as located in the following folders) :
   - C:\inetpub\custerr\en-US
   - C:\inetpub\custerr\fr-FR

   They provide 56 custom error pages (for example 500.htm, 500-13.htm, 500-14.htm, 500-19.htm, 500-100.htm, and so on).

   Actually, Plesk simply throw off the "subStatusCode" and just drops it from the "web.config" file, like this :
   <remove statusCode="500" subStatusCode="-1" />

   This subStatusCode IS useful : do not drop it. Manually create additional rules for my own detailed error pages is a pain.

5. Make hosting directory switchable to another subscription as shared codebase, leaving email left for the client to configure

   We're hosting a medium large group of websites in a shared WordPress Multisite, meaning the code all resides in one directory. Currently, we add all the email configuration inside the same subscription – which makes it bulky and hard to configure.

   However, it would be awfully nice to separate each and every clients emails in their own subscription. Doing this we could provide the clients with their own login to change their email configuration and would reduce our workload by a lot.

   To achieve this, i'd figure the hosting setting to be expanded with an option in a select box like "share hosting with subscription…"

7. make an interface to provide php pear libraries for the installation.

   now u need to alter the files manually, which is not nice. and they dont work with the includepaths. (e.g. db_nestedset)

   Since PEAR is more or less obsolete and Plesk 12.5 introduces PHP Composer support, we do not believe that we should spend our time and resources on supporting PEAR. We suggest everyone to switch to PHP Composer. If you want to discuss this, please use our forums (forum.odin.com). Thanks.

    When you access to domain alias in the client panel you can see the internal IP instead the public IP when you are behind a NAT. The client should always see the external IP.

11. Re-check for application updates feature is missing

    Having still used Typo3 in version 6.2.12 I was offered two update options, one on the main page to 7.5.x and one on the application page to 6.2.18.
    Through a night of backups and restores because I got stuck in the update to 7.5.x,

    I lost the option to update to 7.5.x. It's not offered anymore.

    I tried another restore with deleting the content of HTTPDOCS completely, it did not help. The app's name on the application management page is now "Typo3 7.6.15" which was shortly true, but is not anymore after several restores.

    What I need now is a button I can click for Plesk to re-check the application version and all available updates, best with a list of all updates which are possible, not just the most recent version one.

    I need that update. My last hope now is that the update automagically re-appears with the next Plesk update, otherwise I am stuck for ever, because Plesk seems to think I already did update.

12. Plesk Server license migration grace time display

    Scenario:

    When migration a whole server to a new host it is sometimes required to migrate the current license to the new host machine (there are several different reasons for this).
    As for now (10.12.2016) I understand that there is a grace period that allows to double use the license on two machines.
    This is nice and works fine, BUT this should be displayed on both machines, the current AND the new machine.

    On the license management page and the start page of Plesk panel (to admins only!).
    The following data should be displayed:

    • Indicate that this license is used two times. (Make it annoyingly visible, don't hide it in the context)
      --- Indicate hostnames and both Plesk Server main IPs that are using the same license.

    • Display days left until both servers are shutdown (psa) because of double license usage
      --- Maybe add a button where the user can define which server should keep the license and to lock down the other server (only in case of a new server, from the old server) to work against wrong usage.

    • Display details of when either license was added and from which user.

    • Allow user to "pause" productive license usage on the new server, allowing the user to setup the new machine without time pressure and or deadlines.
      --- User should than be allowed to continue putting the server into productive mode

    The explaination might be somewhat confusing and not everything might make sense, but please ask and I'll clarify.

    Select PHP-Version in new (sub)domain/Hosting not working - Site shows Error. Only '...by OS Vendor' working. Correct this or deactivate this settings and show only the PHP-Version and a tipp to change PHP-Version in PHP-Configuration.
    I don't know the correct names, my Plesk use German.

    please show and edit E-Mail Account Status from Mailenable in Plesk.
    In Mailenable (Enterprise) I can enable or disable an E-mail account (without deleting it).
    I can´t see the status or edit the status in Plesk.
    Please update this.

15. Additional directive disappears

    In relation to the https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000180225-Additional-PHP-directives-disappeared, based on my ticket request.

    Please add the non-destructive inheritance for the "Additional-PHP-directives" box, from service level plan to the domain level.

    Right now, any directive on a non-locked domain will be erased whenever a service plan changes.

    At the moment DNSSEC is available on all latest versions of OS: Debian 8, Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 16.04, CentOS 7, RedHat Enterprise Linux 7, CloudLinux 7, Virtuozzo Linux 7.
    We will not support it on old and outdated OS versions.
