Synchronize Plesk Servers (Failover)
Keep two (or more) Plesk servers in sync for a failover scenario.
Migration Manager only allows manual "sync"1,575 votesAlthough the implemented solution differs from the initial demand, we are closing the request as "already available”. We have thoroughly investigated the idea to solve the redundancy issue using a Plesk cluster. Our research has proved that this solution is not in step with the times, is no longer demanded by our partners, and has its limitations. We would like to give an explanation of each point.

Previously, partners and customers bought or rented bare-metal servers and organized them in data centers. 1 voteIf you mean webstat page protection by SSL certificate, then web statistics is considered as security sensive information and by default access is protected with password and SSL, if SSL support is enabled.
If you mean calculation SSL traffic in Awstats, then it was implemented in Plesk Onyx 17.8

Be able to disable mail forward for customers (to avoid being blacklisted as spam are fowarded)
Regularly I have report of being spamming on a server and often due to users forwarding mails to another server. Being blocked by google due to that while actually you are not spamming with the server is not fun to handle.
So, I would love to be able to block a mail forward or limit it to local domains at max.

Remote mail server
Not everyone will use PPA, but a separate Mail server would be very good.

add configurable setting to adjust the maximum allowed imap pop3 connections
Currently if an IP address opens to many connections you have to manual edit the imap config file to allow more connections:

MAXDAEMONS=40 change to MAXDAEMONS=80
MAXPERIP=4 change to MAXPERIP=40
restart imap services

Allow A Customer To Have A Free Sub domain If They Dont Own A Domain
If a customer dose not own a domain they should be able to have a free subdomain to run a website on.

We prioritize German highly and we are committed to always providing both UI and help in German. Due to localization complexity German help might be available a bit late than English, but it will always be available for any given Plesk release.

display custom message to a/all plesk user(s) after login to Plesk
if we want to display an important message to a specific plesk customer or to all plesk users on a server (eg: pls update your Joomla, change your email passwords, billing matters, promos etc). it would be very nice to be able to push such messages directly to one user or to all users screens. please make it work with PBAS too :)

Tools & Settings -> Mail Server Settings -> Mail Queue : this page needs a search box that would allow some common message header fields to be searched (From, To, Subject, and maybe age and size), so only certain messages could be displayed and selected for deletion.

Please remove the annoying confirmation on logout of Plesk.

Every version has indicator of current stability level – Early Adopter, Regular, Late Adopter. Go in “Update and Upgrade Settings” and choose “Late Adopter” to be informed about most stable version only.

All admin to shadow users.
An admin should be able to choose from a list of users and immediately shadow that user as if they were logged in as that user. This is very handy in providing customer service and prevents having to login and back out as another user.
