Add unique identifier to login event parameters
Currently the user login/logout event only gives a contact name as event parameter. This is not a unique identifier since multiple users can have the same contact name. In the psa log_actions database table the username is saved. Please also add the username to the event parameters so there's a unique identifier which user logged in our out.
Not sure about the category, so please replace if there's a better place for this suggestion.

A option to search for mail accounts on Smartermail via Plesk
A option to search for mail accounts on Smartermail via Plesk.
Because if you create a email adress in Plesk it will automatically create it in SmarterMail, but if you for some reason creates it in SmarterMail directly it won't show up in Plesk, and you are not able to create the email in Plesk until you remove the email from SmarterMail and do it via Plesk

Meanwhile, as a workaround, you can follow these steps:
- Back up mail contents of SmarterMail mailboxes;
- Remove all required mailboxes from SmarterMail;
- Manually create these mailboxes in Plesk, under Domains > example.com > Email Accounts, so they are synced with SmarterMail;
- Restore mail contents.

Allow for websocket traffic on Docker Proxy Rules
This is a suggestion to add an option to the Docker Proxy Rule feature to add additional proxy configuration that allows websocket traffic.
Currently when adding a Docker Proxy Rule via Plesk a proxy directive gets added to the domain's nginx configuration file. This proxy directive however does not cover configuration for websocket traffic. Because this proxy directive takes precedence over any nginx directives added to the domain's Additional nginx directives (saved in the vhost_nginx.conf) there is no way to make websockets work with a docker container when a Docker Proxy Rule is created via Plesk.
My proposed solution would…

bun
Support for https://bun.sh/ with passanger
10 votesThank you for your idea. At this time, the Node.js drop-in replacement "bun" is in a development stage. There is still lots of work to do and bun does not yet have any significant market share. There are also no signs that a broader community is using this instead of Node.js.
Maybe this will change in the future. We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular.

panel.ini setting to select 127.0.0.1 or localhost for WPT WordPress installations
When using CloudLinux's alt-php versions and when using Plesk's php version management facility instead of CloudLinux PHP Selector, the default path to mysql.sock is not set, or in some cases incorrectly set to /tmp/mysql.sock.
Any php script, including WordPress, that is set to use "localhost" to connect to the database will then fail to connect. This can cause severe problems with the WordPress Toolkit.
If, instead of localhost, the host address is set to 127.0.0.1, php uses a network connection instead of trying to connect to mysql.sock, and all is well. Naturally this assumes that mysql/mariadb listens on 127.0.0.1 but…

Synchronize Plesk Service Plans IDs across servers
I want to be able to create a Plesk account when a person ONLY purchases a domain name from WHMCS (no hosting)
I want this so the customer has DNS access. I know I can provide DNS access through WHMCS but then if the customer purchases hosting I have to copy all their DNS records to the Plesk DNS and it just becomes confusing.
Right now WHMCS will only create a Plesk account if the person has ordered hosting but not if they only purchase a domain name.
So I'm having WHMCS Global Services write an Add-On for WHMCS so…

Add Auto Install SiteJet Website Option to Plesk Service Plans
Requesting a feature to add an option on the Plesk Service Plan "Additional Services" page to automatically install a SiteJet site. This would be similar to the same options that currently exists for WordPress from the WordPress Toolkit dropdown on that same page.

Allow modification of how long the mail password reset link will take to expire.
Currently the length of time to expire is 24hours. It would be desirable to be able to increase how long the link takes to expire.

Add support for djbdns / tinydns
Add support for djbdns / tinydns - export each domain's DNS records into a plain text file that gets then copied to separate (stand-alone) DNS server(s) running djbdns / tinydns. The DNS services do not and should not run on Plesk servers themselves, but rather on separate stand-alone servers. Export each domain's DNS zone into domain.com.txt filename.
The text file synchronization can be done either automatically by Plesk, or a simple cron job to automate replication to 2+ djbdns servers, where the files are added, or if a domain.com.txt exists, overwrite it and comile/publish djbdns data.
(we've been using djbdns…

Define maximum number of saved backups in Service Plan
As an administrator you currently can define the maximum number of full backups to store. This maximum number applies to all backups, stored locally or remote.
This is a feature request for:a) defining a separate maximum for locally stored backups and a separate maximum for remotely stored backups. b) as well defining those maximum numbers in service plans.
The option to define the maximum number of stored backups in a service plan would allow administrators to fulfill backup needs on a per customer basis. And even sell additional backups to customers who might have a need for much longer backup retention.
Defining a separate maximum value for local and…

Additional Account Authentication via Email
This is a request for the implementation of an optional extra layer of authentication via email for customers and resellers who want to login to a Plesk server. Which would improve security by making it much less effective/useful for customers to share their login details with others.
Although similar in concept to 2FA, this is different than the already available 2FA extension as "email account authentication" poses way less of a barrier to non tech savvy users as no additional apps or devices are needed for authentication. Just email.
Ideally it would work something like this: a server administrator could enable "email account authentication" so…

Customize Plesk Premium Email Logo and Footer
Currently, the means are available to edit it. But not an administrator interface, fast and simple, in order to be able to sell the service as a reseller or simply as an end user. Since it is a paid service. They should add more plugins like this.

Increase mailbox size above the default size
Default Mailbox size is for example 5 GB per Mailbox. But on one Box, the client need more space. So it would be great, if all accounts stay on the standard Size. All mail addresses keep the default size, but one can increase the storage space. Currently, only the reverse is possible, but this makes little sense, as I don't want to adjust all the addresses individually, but only increase the one that has a compulsory requirement.

Prohibit user from deleting domains
Hello,
Another customer's domain names were accidentally erased from his control panel, according to us. Please give us a choice to prevent this from occurring again. Alternatively, provide us access to a internal ticket system, which requires staff approval.2 votesThank you for your idea. When deleting a domain, a clear warning an confirmation dialog is displayed. Domains are only deleted when that additional dialog is confirmed. https://plesk.uservoice.com/forums/184549-feature-suggestions/suggestions/41416156-delete-domain
Nevertheless, we'll consider adding a feature that users won't be permitted to delete domains at all, if this request becomes popular.

Ability to set a Subscription or Domain Backup Default
I'd love the ability to set a subscription such that a Scheduled Backup configuration is enabled by default? E.g. "backup all files, daily, store 1 day"?
Often times I realized after the fact that a domain backup was not turned on. The "scheduled backup list" extension is nice, but I'm looking more for a default option.

Create a "grid" of permissions where admin can enable or disable parts of menus related to the Service Plan
Can be really usefull increase details of personalizations of the customer's menus, for example:
into smb/iis-app-pool/settings/id (AppPools Settings) to allow to recycle it but not to create a new one
For example, if customer creates a subdomain, it can also create a dedicated appPool for it and this can create problems in some envs. Our suggestion is to create a "grid" of permissions where admin can enable or disable parts of menùs related to the Service Plan, as happens now but much more granular
Thanks
