Hello,
I would like to the possibility to set an auto-reply not more than once every X days instead of only not more than X per day...

Summary Report including "Back Up My Account and Websites"
It is found that the statistics not calculated the backup taking by using the option, "Back Up My Account and Websites". The mentioned case in default behavior in Plesk servers.
All this will not show under the statistics report in Tools + Settings -> Statistics -> Summary Report.
Please include the above into the statistics calculation.

"ASP.NET Trust Level" only controlled by the Administrator
Hi,
We have Shared Windows Hosting servers. Default trust level is Medium and Plesk not allowing will change by customer. Good. But!
Our some customers want use the "Full Trust" in their project and I will want give this level to their.
Our suggestion; Medium Trust Level (or any) could be used by default and our customers can not their Trust Level. But we can change the Trust Level of the domain we want.

1 voteCustomers can change trust level for each their site in case the “Allow to override the CAS trust level for websites” option is switched on by the administrator in Tools & Settings > ASP.NET Settings.

Add support for CloudLinux 7
Self explanatory. RHEL 7 / CentOS 7 has been supported for more than half a year but CL7, without which we can't run a shared hosting server, is still not offered.

Plesk Documentation for Customers also includes “Quick Start With Plesk” chapter that walks users through the first steps required for operating the control panel.

How to install wordpress manually
How do i install wordpress version manually because i do not need the latest 4.2.2 version. Please provide with the appropriate settings of database host cause localhost does not seem to be working

1 voteIt is already available since version 11.5. Health Monitor should be installed to enable the feature. You can install Health Monitor if you will open “Tools & Settings > Updates and Upgrades > Add/Remove Components”. Let us know if it doesn’t help.

Provide some built in Plesk themes.
Provide some branding themes as in Plesk 8. The blue theme with blue links has low contrast which is hard for poorly sighted users and is a bit depressing! Need higher contrast themes and other colours. The link to alternative themes in the branding section goes nowhere

I have multi hosting plan. I want to create domain specific user but i am not able to create. there should be option in permission.

Linuxhotels: Creating multiple FTP users and PLESK admins
I'm using both linux and windows hotels.
But i'm only allowed to create new plesk users and FTP users on the windows hotels - it would be cool if it also where possible on the linux hotels :)
1 voteBoth Plesk for Linux and Plesk for Windows can have multiple FTP users and multiple Plesk admins. I you don’t have this option on Plesk for Linux, I can assume that it is some old version and then upgrade is recommended.

You can do by clicking “Hosting Settings” for domain and then rename it.

1 voteWe have fixed numerous similar issues in Plesk 12.5. We suggest you to upgrade and let us know if you encounter something that bothers you. Meanwhile, we have to close this request as “already done”.

Filter possibilities for domains and subscriptions
In the domains and subscription overview there is only the possibility to sort by column. It would be nice to have some filters above the list. For example to show only the domains of a certain subscriber or the package-type.
Right now, as admin, it's a huge list, with hardly no overview.

Provides optimized for Chinese users
Administration interface contains links with facebook.
Users access the control panel is very slow.
Because China is disabled facebook and twitter.

1 voteMail users can access control panel and edit their autiresponders, etc by themselves. Make sure you are on the latest version and that your mail users have “Access to the Control Panel” checkbox enabled.
