Security: Support TLS1.3
Support the new version TLS1.3 for webserver and email. Most of the Browser already support it.
8 votesThe support of TLS v1.3 has been implemented in Plesk Obsidian and is available only for RHEL 8, CentOS 8, Ubuntu 18.04, Ubuntu 20.04 and Debian 10 because this protocol requires the version 1.1.1 of OpenSSL, available on official repositories of the aforementioned OSes. Also, TLS v1.3 support is enabled by default on all new Plesk installations on these OSes. For all details please see this KB article:

Allow email accounts to change their own Webmail/SMTP/POP3 passwords without creating a Plesk user
We have lots of staff members who need an email address, but should not have access to Plesk in any way at all. Currently, the only way for them to choose a password, is to choose one and tell the Plesk Administrator what that password is, and have the Plesk Administrator configure their password for them. This is extremely unsecure. Something as simple as a 'send password reset link' button in the Email account configuration would work. This button would send an email to that account, and allow the email user to click on the link to change their Webmail/SMTP/POP3…
8 votesNo Plesk user account is needed to change the password of a mailbox. Instead, the user can login into his mailbox using webmail and change his password out of his webmail access. For example use Roundcube: Login to the mailbox in Roundcube, then click "Settings" > "Password" to change the password of the mailbox. The only requirement that this works is that the "Mail password change service" is allowed in the firewall, because password changes using a mailbox require a specific port. The port is open by default.

Better Integration with AWS Services
There needs to be integration with Amazon SES, like make it another option in the SMTP options. The current method of choosing MSMTP (in order to configure it as an external SMTP service) will uninstall your other inbound mail services, like Dovecot and Postfix.
Additionally, a way to integrate the AWS Route 53 service would be very helpful. Maybe this could be added as an Extension.
7 votesRoute 53 extension is already available https://www.plesk.com/extensions/amazon-route53/, https://youtu.be/3F3Byyea0ds.
For the other part of this request, "integration with Amazon SES" no information was provided how such an integration should look like, what should it do, what configuration options are expected so that it is an "integration".

Hide or customize the "powered by Plesk" logo
To allow the possibility of hiding the "Powered by Plesk" logo that is shown once the brand logo is customized from Tools&Settings > Branding. add bzip2/xz compression support for backups
Would be nice to have the option to choose other compression formats for backups, especially bzip2 or xz. To reduce compression time, parallel implementations can be used (pbzip2 and pxz). Additionally there should be an option to set compression level (1-9).
7 votesStarting from Plesk Obsidian 18.0.40, GZIP compression used in the Plesk backups has been replaced with ZSTD compression to improve performance for backup and restore operations. This allows more control over compression level, too.

Add issuing and expiry dates somewhere within plesk panel
We use Let's Encrypt for almost all our clients on our shared server. 1 of our clients emailed us stating that his SSL was expiring soon so I hoped on the server to check and I couldn't find any info regarding issue or expiration date. I had to visit the websites frontend and check the SSL info that way. I think it would be very helpful to have that information displayed somewhere within Plesk Panel.
7 votesThe expiration date of a certificate is displayed on the "SSL" configuration page of a subscription and in Security Advisor.

Restore a single domain or mail account (transfer domain)
Restore a single domain or mail account to the same or a other subscription (transfer domain)
7 votesWe believe that meanwhile this feature became available. For one it is possible to "move" domains between subscriptions, and it is also possible to restore domain or mailbox content from a backup to another subscription once a domain has been moved. For these reasons we are changing the status of this request to "already available". If this should not fit your needs, please open a new request and describe in detail what you would like to see in Plesk.

Make a button to STOP the Backup Task!
When backup task is started, it's almost not possible to stop the task because it's not obvious which task is the backup. Backup task tak a (very) long time and pulls the performance down
7 votesTo stop a backup process, open the backup manager page and click on the link (the name) of the running backup. Then click on the "Stop" button. As such a stop is a controlled stop, it can take a short while until the backup process is stopped, depending on what the backup service is currently doing.

Restart interval for PHP-FPM services
Restart interval should be implemented for PHP-FPM services like it is done for Apache.
At the moment, each time when domain's PHP Settings are updated, PHP-FPM service is reloaded which causes the error 503 on websites. If every person decided to make a small change in php settings daily it would mean 500 x 503 errors for all users daily. We host like 30 active sites and customize a few of them as developers so a few php changes (less than 10) is a daily occurence. Customers never fail to mention this to us because they may be saving products…
6 votesThe behavior with shared PHP-FPM handlers cannot be changed for technical reasons (they are shared).
Since Plesk Obsidian 18.0.39, published October 13th, 2021, it is possible to select dedicated PHP-FPM handlers. When a dedicated handler is selected, only that one process will be reloaded upon configuration changes.

Made Let's Encrypt extension page more informative
https://localhost:8443/modules/letsencrypt/ is a perfect place to display all domains and emails associated with the certificates and allow to modify them in bulk.
6 votesThe Let's Encrypt extension has been replaced by SSLIt extension a long while ago. Lately, since the beginning of 2023, the SSLIt extension received a makeover and now includes an informative SSL certificate overview page.
