Support for MEGA backup

3 votesThank you for your idea! We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular. However, the normal procedure for integration of third-party platforms with Plesk are extensions. These should be developed by the vendors who want to integrate their product with Plesk. Many other storage platforms already have developed extensions for Plesk, so Mega could do the same using the free API toolkit: https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/obsidian/extensions-guide/plesk-extensions-basics/how-to-create-and-install-extensions.76094/

Make video and sound files playable from File Manager
From File Manager only text files and static images can be viewed. Users with video or sound files should be able to view or listen to them in a pop-up like "Image Viewer" that already exists for images.

Add a check and repair to "plesk repair db" for missing database server table entries
If entries are missing from the "DatabaseServers" table, neither "plesk repair db", nor "plesk repair installation" detects or fixes it.

Full path to opened file
Not a revolutionary idea but it might be helpful...
When the user opens a file in File Manager, only the file name appears at the top left. I suggest to show also the full path since a given file name (e.g. index.php) may appear in multiple folders.3 votesEven small ideas can make a big difference. Thank you for this one. Add ability to disable extensions in Restricted mode in Plesk
Provide ability to restrict access to some extensions in Restricted Mode Access to other administrators.

Support for Matrix / Element messenger
Hi,
While EMail is still the most common form for federated messaging (and very well supported by Plesk) I would appreciate if other, upcoming federated messaging platforms would also be supported. Support as a one-click-installable app would be nice, full administrative integration in Plesk (like with email) would be nicer (but not that urgent).
In particular I would appreciate support (Server + WebClient) for (in order of preference):
.) Matrix / Element
.) XMPP(Jabber) / Prosody / Converse.js

Sorting of mailbox sizes not possible

Version 18.0.48As of late, sorting of mailbox sizes is no longer possible. This was a very useful feature in previous versions to show customers which mailboxes were particularly large.

Close SSH terminal Extension when typing "Exit"
Plesk SSH Terminal extension should close upon enter the "Exit" command, currently the extension only drops, and it reconnects, this is not the expected behavior.

Limit number of local backups when option 'Both server storage and FTP(S) storage' is used

Add a link to the error message
Right now, when the limit of the domains is reached for the Plesk server, the following error message is displayed:
"Error: There are no available resources of this type (domains) left. Requested: 1; available: 0."However, it'll be much more useful if there will be also a link to the Plesk 360 page that will allow directly upgrading the license type.

Add an option to hide files and folders that start with "."
Files/directories starting with a full-stop "." are marked hidden in *nix systems. Add an option to hide or unhide file/directories which names start with a ".".

Optimize thumbnail website preview
