We already have this information in “System Overview”, is there a particular reason you are not using this feature? An additional information could be found in KB by link https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213949665.

Better access to the spans to better classify them
Have better availability of access to emails that may be returned with error to the sender so that we can identify if they are even spam or junk and mark them within the need, I am having email problems coming back from bank and foreign providers and I am lost as to where Is the return.

Option to add TXT/MX record in DNS
Need a way to add TXT record in my domain. Helm.kensoft.net does not provide one and we are struck without help.

To solve your issue, please contact your hosting provider (the company that hosts your website) and request support from them directly. We are the authors of the software you and your hosting provider are using, and unfortunately, we cannot help with this particular request because we do not host your website.

Add install options for aps on subscription create pages
Hi Plesk Team,
It would be great to have a tickbox/dropdown that will let you select and install the most popular Catalog Aps on the create subscription page. This feature could be left unticked to ignore it (perhaps in advanced features section)

API: Use this user's credentials by default for accessing phpMyAdmin
When creating an new user for an mysql database you can't set the ability to use phpmyadmin access for this user. By default this option is set to false and you have to go to the web interface and manually allow phpmyadmin access for each user created via the API - this is really a waste of time.

Autoresponder: additional box: "Send without Signature"
Every email is answered automatically with my address, telephone number, etc. So everyone sending an email gets the data without my explicit consent.
It would be nice to have the choice.

Presence builder + PHP Scripts
I suggest adding a feature to add php script in PB, i see that your team do not plan introducing changes to PB ? When will you consider that ?
As a company searching for partners we want to know your vision for the PB product. PLease give us more details

Auto termination feature/script
I suggest if there is auto termination of account feature from plesk setting. To elaborate it, accounts more than certain time period will be auto terminated from the server.
For windows + plesk platform
For linux + plesk platformThis will ease houskeeping process as well save server resources.
** we have cpanel servers which we can set a cronjob/script to terminate suspended accounts after 3 months suspension.

Simplify adding a renewed ssl certificate (that uses the existing private key)
Currently, to install a manual certificate:
- Copy private key, paste private key, update Cert and CA
- Go to Web Settings, change certificate to new one
Proposed process:
- Select "Add Certificate" option next to the certificate
- Private key automatically reused (perhaps read-only or hidden by default)
- Name, Insert/Upload Certificate and CA
- Show a "Replace certificate" option, that will update the domains that used the original certificate.

Fix the "share your optinion" overlay - I can't select any "recommendation" icon....
Please disable the stupid "Share your optinion" overlay - It does not work at all. As soon as I select one of the "recommendation" icons, it says "please provide a vote" and marks it as an error.
And since it comes up after EVERY click I do in the admin interface, it is super annoying...

Direct Database Access
There should be a way of accessing databases via PHP myAdmin directly, without having to login into the PLESK backend.
Currently you have to go through the whole login process after the session has expired. AFAIK there is also no way of handing out a PHP myAdmin link to external developers without setting up a whole new customer account.

Better Custom Theme integration
As it is, Plesk allows you to install a custom theme that you code yourself "after" you coded it, which is not a good idea.
Once you install a custom theme and relogin to Plesk, there is no indication whatsoever that Plesk is using a custom theme. This is not ideal.
Plesk should have a custom theme selection on the dashboard but, since it doesn't have it, at least an INDICATION that it's using a customized theme.

Scheduled Tasks - Select Shell
Add 'shell' as an option when adding scheduled tasks on Linux.
I have noticed that the shell cronjobs are run under is not consistent currently.
It would be useful to have control over this.
