Separate sub domain display from Domains list.
Instead of displaying sub domains in Domains list. Its better to keep sub domains under each domain itself for easy view.
Or else, please keep filter option to display all or subdomain or domain whatever as per user request.

Allow Suspend mode in Process Model - Idle Time-out Action at IIS 8.5
IIS on Windows Server 2008 R/2012 provides the administrator with the option of timing out a worker process that is idle for a specified period of time. This is a good option for sites that are not accessed very often because it frees up system resources when the site is idle. Please make presence builder websites better to look at in lower resolutions, as they look skewed completely if you go with a lower resolution than 1280x1024. This can be a problem for tablets or widescreen laptops, and can lead to a bigger headache for website designers.

Dissable of firewall rule instead of allow all modification in the rule. Preventing a dangerous rule setting to allow all. Handy for testing strange incoming ip traffic and avoid creating and deleting rules. So other security apps would not be troubled when allowed all is on or off. Now a simple disable/able rule save al lot of time

add possibility to delete the own IP fail2ban jail
Users should have the possibility when connecting to the Plesk backend to delete their own IP from Plesk Fail2ban Jail.
(Of course only if it isn't a Plesk jail).
Background: Many users (and mostly on companies) get their IP banned, because someone has changed his Email password and wasn't able change it correctly (or forgot to change it on the mobile pone connected to WIFI. This blocks all the user of the company and they have to call the server administrator to unlist the IP!

Web Presense Builder - SMTP Authentication

Today I submitted a ticket to support as contact forms do not work on Web presence builder in Plesk Onyx.
We do not allow unauthenticated emails for obvious reasons but Plesk Web Presense Builder requires this security hole to be open.
It is ludicrousness that Plesk do not support SMTP authentication for sending of emails through web presence builder even in Plesk onyx which is branded around being the developers choice CP when such basic things are missing from its features!

Folders for Customers and Subscriptions
It would be really useful to have customers and subscriptions divided into folders. In addition to plans, folders will help split elements by different criteria. Consider category/tag in Wordpress, in Plesk a plan describe the limitations and settings while a Folder can help you find a specific set of customers faster.
