Provide more information about ALPN
The article "HTTP/2 Support now available for Plesk 12.5!" #128733 makes a passing reference to ALPN as follows: "What about ALPN Support? Answer: ALPN extension is available only since openssl v1.0.2 that is not supplied by OS vendors yet for those OSes that are supported in Plesk 12" ... please can someone translate this gibberish into a clearer explanation.

Alexander’s explanation is clearer. It’s a shame that Plesk Staff couldn’t say that although Plesk is now ready for ALPN that at the present time the version of Open SSL needed to implement it (1.0.2) is currently unsupported by CentOS. So until CentOS supports v1.0.2 of OpenSSL there is no official support for ALPN in Plesk-CentOS installations.

Translation:
ALPN needs OpenSSL 1.0.2 - None of the Operatingsystems that are supported by Plesk supply OpenSSL 1.0.2Example: CentOS-7 comes with openssl-1.0.1e = no ALPN
