Permanent SEO-safe 301 Redirect available without Hosting settings management
As the title says, the redirect is available to the subscriber only with "Hosting settings management" enabled.
I think that should be available if there is the SSL support and a certificate is available. Indipendently from the Hosting settings management setting.

+1 Please add this. Shouldn't be hard to implement.
What's the point of only allowing this if the "Hosting settings management" option is enabled? The customer does not get more control over their webspace as it's only a redirect that can manually be done in .htaccess etc. If HTTPS is enabled for a specific domain, the customer should be allowed to change the setting without "Hosting settings management" checked.
