A customer is able to use a file manager in Plesk Panel for such purposes. But since you are talking about invoices, i.e. documents which contain some personal data, we strongly don't recommend to place such documents in folders managed via file manager because the folders can be publically accessed via HTTP.
We would strongly recommend use email directly sent to each of your customer.SE
