Yes, Backup of a single Subdomain (Domain) would be a GREAT improvement!
Really!
* a first PLUS would be the automatic addition of the connected database inside the backup-file
* a second PLUS would be an option to deactivate the Subdomain (Domain) you are going to backup, e.g. a temporary "temporarily unavailable"-message to display during the running of the backup-script (which exactly should know when to reactivate the website ;) -

Yes... this would be a great help. I have a large site with 9 subdomains and when I do the server backup, it backs up all subdomains within the domain and this full backup is getting quite large. If I want to make a backup of just one of the subdomains (say to cover a change to just that one domain) I have to backup the full server... time consuming and space consuming. I realise I can add filters to the server backup process to select just certain areas but it would just be so much easier to simply click a backup button if there was one available in the subdomain section. It would be much easier to restore any one subdomain if anything happened to that particular individual site without having to restore the full server.
