to correct auto-update settings/comment
I use your auto-update feature, also of the server itself (not only Plesk) and enabled recently just to update from the repos the package recently came from. This setting result in many problems up to an unusable system. So the recommendations mentioned looks vice-versa: It's safe to disable the feature instead of enabling it.
The installed and configured by default system of updates works correctly if it was not been customized.

Sorry, but that's not correct. I contacted myself, as the server is located in my basement on my own NUC running my own ESXi and I could confirm to myself, it's a Plesk problem/bug, not my own bug. I talked with one of your presales staff at WorldHostingDays and he recommended me to disable the option to use the same repos after my system got damaged many times with this option enabled, especially completely damaged at a new CentOS release coming out (as packages come then from base repo again instead of updates repo) and just after deactivating the option, there was no need anymore to clean up with package-cleanup dupes as well as dupes did not break dependencies as before, yum ran as yum and it looked not any more as each package got updated separate, damaging and killing all dependencies and resulting in unstable up to unusable system.
