Add Parallels Presence Builder Per User Guide - No App Option in Windows Hosting Plan
I read the user guide for my new hosting service and was excited to get started with Parallels Presence Builder only to find the app isn't included in my Windows Hosting Plan purchased through Whois.

Sorry, but we do not plan on introducing major changes for Web Presence Builder at the moment.
