create button "clear file".
It's will be very coneniently, when you see log or error files...

And I have error message when I open file, so it can't be open, because it so big

So, if I can delete file, why a can't crear it? I think it's not more dangereous, than delete.
I expected add more one functinon, when I work with log - file.Before it, when I have a problem with my site and many information in log file. Log file have a big weight, more than 100mb up to 24 hours; so, it was problem with attack, and error - log file too was so much. I can't work with them, because they so large. I wrote to support to clean it (and I don't want to delete log files)... So, I deceded write with this idea to create simple function "clear".
