Web Presence Builder: Continue developing it further on
It seems that as no proper replacement for WPB has not yet introduced, Plesk has not ceased original bug fixes date of 2016 and EOL in 2017, but instead continues supporting WPB in very low maintenance mode (only bug fixes and no EOL). Instead of looking replacement for WPB I suggest that Plesk should continue developing it further, as it would be much more beneficial for Plesk admins to have such nicely integrated builder tool inside Plesk instead of using 3rd party softwares. This was originally a no 1 reason I chose Plesk!
Please continue developing it with following direction:
- Make WBP bootstrap compatible with responsive design support (dropping mobile site support)
- Fix layout editing so that elements could be drag-n-dropped to screen locations more easily (now you need pixel per locating to get it between two existing elements)
- Fix image sizing so that very large images would be downsized automatically (or implement a image resizing tool / image upload tool with image library)
- Fix Form module so that it has also drop down menu & radio buttons available
Please DO NOT drop supporting Web Presence Builder! It is so far the best editor available in Plesk (as it has a very simple WYSIWYG interface for many newbies to immediately understand). Also the integration with Plesk service plans / add-ons is very nicely done allowing Plesk admins to resell this feature as add-on to each of existing subscription package.
I really would hope to see Web Presence Builder to make a come back! Please support this idea!
