PHP version deprecation notification
Lots of customers simply have no idea they are still using an older, deprecated PHP version, while newer ones are available. It would be nice if Plesk could send them a notification, like it does now for APS application updates and WordPress application updates.

Since Plesk Onyx 17.8 all PHP version older than 5.6 are highlighted by red color as ‘Outdated’ in Plesk interface.

Showing a deprecated flag is not the same as actively telling a customer. I would hardly classify this as 'already available'
