Monthly outgoing mail limits
Currently, it is possible to create hourly limits for outgoing mail.
It will be useful to be able to configure it for other timeframes, such as Monthly outgoing mail limits.

Monthly outgoing mail limits does not seem to be a popular feature as it only received 3 votes in 4 years. For that reason we must decline this request.
