Limit the FTP Access to a specific IP range or IP for a specific subscription:
Ex:
Example.com / IP 10.0.0.1 allow only connection between 10x to 30x IP

I use pureftpd for this feature. Perhaps its a good idea that plesk can work with this server. I think that is a good idea for security.

In a shared environment if you can limit individual FTP users IP access you are improving the security of that domain whilst still allowing global access. It would be like a per customer FTP firewall.
This can be achieved through PAM I think.

The limits I looking at would be on a specific user say -
user : abc can be locked to only be able to connection from IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. Also the FTP user access could be locked not to allow connection - a tickbox say. Protected against the FTP user from being hacked when not required.
