Add posibility to "update" specific record with plesk bin dns
At the moment it is only possible to "--set" records of a domain (which will delete all previous records and add new ones), but if you want to update only one single record, you will have to "--del" first and "--add" after, which is basically the same thing - deleting and adding new one.
It would be nice to have the ability to "update" a specific record with one command.

Since Plesk Obsidian 18.0.36 (https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/obsidian/change-log/#plesk-18036), it is possible via REST API.
