add rar extract and compress to rar and other formats as well as zip available
For developers/database admins, sometimes backups are taken in different
formats and compression is done in different formats.
when compressed files other than ZIP file is uploaded for websites data
files, there is no way to uncompress them via PLESK, one has to go to SSH
and then extract to use it.
So compressing files/folders to multiple formats and then extraction from
multiple compressed formats will allow more ease of use for users where
they deal with no. of formats!

Currently the extraction feature available in the Plesk File manager support .zip files only. In *nix environments, .tar .targ.gz and .tgz are common formats too.
