GIve new user access to more then one subscription
Example:
- client or reseller have 10 subscriptions
- if we want to create new user, we can give him access to only one subscription or to all of them
- if we want to give one person access to the e.g. 5 subscriptions, we need to make 5 different users with different emails
Solution would be to select subscriptions where we wan't to give him access to while creating account.
Unfortunately, we have to close your request, because over the years it has not become quite popular for further implementation.

I call ********, that's a critically missing feature, i've seen a lot of threads where people are looking for this feature, and any other panel except plesk does give users ability to manage multiple subscriptions, be it a reseller user, or a secondary administrator
Without those features we have to give full access to people who need multiple sites to work with, how is that safe

@IG just because something isn't popular doesn't mean it's not necessary. Using uservoice isn't a good idea to gauge popularity, it's extremely difficult to actually find any previous ideas in order to actually vote for them. If it was truly a case or policy of the most popular/voted ideas are implemented then adding ClamAV as a free module (which has 1199 votes) in Plesk would have been completed.....but we're all still waiting **10 years later**.
Implementing this would strengthen Plesk security and ultimately the subscriptions belonging to that customer. At the moment this "All or One" approach forces Customers to provide access to all of their subscriptions when the user may only need access to 2 out of 10 (for example) and unnecessarily make their subscriptions vulnerable and does nothing to aid damage limitation (in cases where an account is compromised). It also reduces GDPR compliance issues whereby a user should only have access to potentially sensitive data that is required for the role.
An alternative to this (although not the best option) is to add another field that is the username for the account instead of the email address. This then frees up the email address to be used for multiple usernames.

When creating an additional user account to a Customers account you can only specify "All Subscriptions" or ONE singular subscription within "Access to subscriptions " (/smb/user/edit/id/).
Often third party web designers will work on more than one site for a client but they might not necessarily work on all of the sites a client has. We have one such customer with a external designer, they've worked on one site and we've allowed access to that subscription, they're now working on another but we can't specify two subscriptions, either all or one singular. So you're then faced with a decision to weaken security and allow all or cut off the previous subscription access and add the new.
The dropdown needs to change to a multi-select field or checkbox list whilst still retaining an all subscriptions.

It should be possible to assign some subscriptions to user ; the present choice is :
- all
- only oneWe can imagine a select list for assigning two or more subscriptions
