I suggest you ...

Create separate Mail and Web Space

Make separate limits on Mail and Web disk spaces, so that hoster could sell one limit for web (i.e. 2Gb) and another limit for mail (i.e. 10x2Gb mailboxes)

If Overuse of disk space and traffic is allowed in Subscription Service plan, continue applying mailbox size limits, that would be possible creating different limits for Mailbox sizes and Disk space.

Is there some update about this now that licence cost 200%?

Additional it would be great to have a Mail Space Limit, let's say 5GB and the per mailbox quota will calculate on the number of allowed mailboxes.

So one can have 10 mailboxes with each has 500MB and the other customer can have 100 mailboxes with each only 50MB. Math, pure Math :-)

The best thing about is, that the total mailbox space cannot get over max - and by the way, it's independent from the used Webspace as suggested by Andre.

this will be a good idea, it will be possible to use separate HD on server only for emails.
    - dont forget to offer an way to set a custom directory on server to store this data.

That is correct, we are always asked by our customers, is that space you provide only for web or is mail included and so on...

There are providers, who offer i. e. 1 GB web space and separate space for 2 GB mails. This isn't possible with plesk, because the mail space is part of the web space.

Many panels show the web space and mail space to separate. Plesk shows web space and mail space in one of. This confuses many customers
