Create separate Mail and Web Space
Make separate limits on Mail and Web disk spaces, so that hoster could sell one limit for web (i.e. 2Gb) and another limit for mail (i.e. 10x2Gb mailboxes)

commentedWhen create a Plan ... separate web space and mail space. For example a Hosting Plan with unlimited space for website and limit 20Gb for mail space. This mail limit can be 2 account of 10Gb or 20 account of 1Gb or .... The stats must calculate real size sum website and mail

Robin Labadie commented It would be great to be able to have diifferent mailbox quotas as well. Say if a customer wants one 1GB mailbox and one 10GB mailbox. Currently, customers have control on the mailbox value, being limited by the max mailbox size therefore we cannot sell differently sized mailboxes. @Lars & @Anonymous Not even needed to symlink, you can just use a mount point in your fstab for that. :)

commented@Lars Andersen, no relation with what we need in this case... What you need, you can do it by moving /var/qmail to other SAS drive (for example /mnt/SASDRIVE) and make an logical links to it (ln -s /mnt/SASDRIVE /var/qmail)

commentedIf Overuse of disk space and traffic is allowed in Subscription Service plan, continue applying mailbox size limits, that would be possible creating different limits for Mailbox sizes and Disk space.

commentedIs there some update about this now that licence cost 200%?

Manfred Warta commented Additional it would be great to have a Mail Space Limit, let's say 5GB and the per mailbox quota will calculate on the number of allowed mailboxes. So one can have 10 mailboxes with each has 500MB and the other customer can have 100 mailboxes with each only 50MB. Math, pure Math :-) The best thing about is, that the total mailbox space cannot get over max - and by the way, it's independent from the used Webspace as suggested by Andre.
