Can be changed in IIS Application Pool settings of your subscription in Plesk Onyx 17.8 (“Managed pipeline mode” drop-down menu)

Go to plesk > Websites & Domains > IIS Application Pool > Dedicated IIS Application Pool for Website ... and here you can change it .
