More options for bandwidth limiting
I have installed "Bandwidth Limiter For Apache support (mod_bw)"
First: In 11.5.30#35 I can't see the link for setting this component.
See: http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?298876-How-to-limit-the-bandwidth-for-a-website
Second: In this tutorial; https://manage.grabweb.net/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=970 I see that the setting is scarce. Why? the mod habe much more very usefull options. Look here: http://linuxpoison.blogspot.de/2012/02/setup-and-configure-bandwidth-limiting.html
Sorry to say, but the exists setting is impractical. The destination for this mod is to slow down attacks from ONE IPs. Not to slow down all legal IPs. This is bad practise.
So I wish the features or tutorial to limit:
- per-user bandwidth limiting
- Maximal download speed (bandwidth throttling)
- Maximal requests-per-second speed
- Maximal simultaneous IP connections
Please add this in 11.5.30 (not first in plesk 12) Thank you!
Unfortunately, we have to close your request, because over the years it has not become quite popular for further implementation.

And per-directory connection limit setting.
Otherwise custom created error page for the apache error 510 can never be displayed because the number of connections is already exhausted. When you hit connection limitation you get an error in the browser:
===============
Not Extended
A mandatory extension policy in the request is not accepted by the server for this resource.
Additionally, a 510 Not Extended error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
===============This is called to tackle the last line which shows inability to display ErrorDocument - the user should have opportunity to not set limitations for the error_docs directory. This will allow for the ErrorDocument to be properly displayed.
