Make AUTOCLOSE default OFF on Plesk Panel for Windows
This option causes the Fatal error 9001 on production environments and it will be removed on SQL Server 2014, but in the meantime, all previous versions of MSSQL have this option default ON.
Make this default OFF in Plesk environments.
It is enough to set this OFF for the database "model" that is the database used as a model every time you create a new DB in MSSQL. or Plesk may set this off by default for every newly created db.

I'm not experiencing this issue anymore. Maybe was a provider issue

we do have autoclose set as off on model DB , still plesk when creating SQL db it sets autoclose to true?
