add the option to add custom wordpress themes and plugins and enable the user to set those as standard for installation
As of now only the standard free Wordpress themes and plugins are available. This is kinda stupid since professional sites rely on professional themes and plugins being bought from reliable vendors.
As such it even makes sense to remove all basic themes upon installation.
The ideal option would be:
1. Supply and store a custom Wordpress theme or plugin in Plesk (which might include also a Child-theme)
2. Offer the option to supply that theme or plugin from 1. as standard to any Wordpress installation
3. Offer the option to update/upgrade the theme or plugin centrally
In themes it is for example Halfscreen from AIT-themes and for Plugins its especially WPML.
Those options would save a lot of time and provide ready custom WP-installations out of the box.
Hey everyone,
We have released the ability to upload and install custom plugins and themes in WPT 2.5. Uploaded plugins/themes are added to the plugin/theme pool and are available for installation. You can also add them to plugin/theme sets and preinstall them whenever a new subscription is created.
If you have other ideas or feedback on how this feature works, reach us at our forum here: https://talk.plesk.com/forums/plesk-extensions.725/.
Thank you for your feedback!

I would love this feature as well, is there an update on this?
Ability to upload a custom WP theme using WP toolkit? And then being able to update all WP instances at once after I make a new version of the theme available? Majority of agencies are using custom themes and not the ones from the WP repository.
Would be an awesome time saver.

has there been any process on this request?
People are still stuck with the standard templates from the respository. A function to upload a zipped Theme from harddisk and beeing able to set it on "default" is really needed in this feature.

Upload third-party plugins (not listed on the official WordPress) one time for all of wordpress, on Plesk panel.
Not use command to upload.

I would like a third party plugin installation feature for the WordPress toolkit of the Plesk Panel. Recently, you can only search and select plugins from WP repo and decide to install them on checked WP installations.

It should be something like - one folder for themes and one for plugins, so the admins to be able to update these plugins and themes in these folders, after that bulk updates on user installs will be great.
Another option is like above, but with ability to provide certain themes and certain plugins only for certain users. -

This is extremely crucial to be able to upsell to customers, or even create sales with custom packages.. Please include this within the next update.. We dont have much options like softaculous that can do this for us, which leaves many users stuck.. including this within plesk would be EXCELLENT!
