In the Monitoring must be add the feature, to testing the Mailflow to the correct mail delivery in the mailbox.
Unfortunately, we have to close your request, because over the years it has not become quite popular for further implementation.

It will be a very great help if Plesk can implement this.
Mail Delivery Reports
- allows you to find and review messages sent from and received by your server.
- allows you to see whether each message was delivered successfully.
- allows you to also view details about each delivery attempt. -

Please we need a way to see whats going on with our email server without digging mail logs.
what would be nice for a start :
- Overall email server sending and receiving for a specific period.
- Search email sender and recipients by domain + date.
- Top sending & receiving domains
- smtp error authentications by domains. -

I make extensive use of email forwarding on my server. I do not wish to see the contents of any message but I would like some real time stats on domains and aliases so that I can identify heavy users. It would also help if destination address could also be filtered by domain and alias.
I think that all that would be required is a log of forwarded messages containing datetime, name@hosteddomain.com, name@destination.com and maybe size or presence of attachments.
Having such a tool that could be queried in real time would enable better management of spam. It could also help me to identify any accounts that need to be updated if my server is blocked by a provider (such as AOL). Or know who would be affected if that happended.
However the main aim would be to have some idea of who the heavy email users are, and be able to scrutinise, instead of the pie chart on aggregate MB used, only accessible via each domain panel.
We need something that provides a complete server overview with sort and filters. It doesn't need to draw pretty charts.

HIPAA requires audit logs to be stored (who accessed the mail client.. imap... smtp.. panel itself... ssh...) to be stored for a certain period of time.

Plesk is a great mail server. It would be nice to be able to monitor more mail server stats (who is connecting via SMTP).
It would also be nice to see a list (as the admin) of the last so many email's sent and to who. We need to be HIPAA compliant and this is a requirement.
