user email expiration date
As we work a lot with temporary trainees and external employees. In the past it happend we occasional forgot to disable an email account after they had left the company due to other important business activities. This was a security risk and this made me think of a solution.
I know that in Microsoft Active Directory an option exists where you can set a time limit on an user account. As an example you can set that new account to expire after a certain specific date in the future. Once that date has been reached the account will be set to inactive- (or disabled) status.
I thought this would be a great feature for the Plesk email users as this is an low cost feature for an already existing module within Plesk. This additional feature could make the current User management within Plesk more advanced.
I also think it might also work for Plesk maintenance accounts, however this might be less efficient but you could create a temporarily account for a IT consultant I would guess... but my suggestion is mainly to improve the mailbox management.

I would like to amend it with:
- if an email account is not used for more then X days (setup by Admin, overwrite by customer, but not more than admin allow) then the system should send an email to customer registered email for X times, then to admin after X tries. -

Such feature would make it possible to set a expire date for email adresses in Plesk. It improves security and delivers a more user friendly email experience from both client-side (MUA) and server-side (MTA, notably sendmail). If a user (e.g. volunteer or employee or intern) is no longer working at a company. Or a different business case would be if an email is registered for a temporairy project it can be auto set as expired after a certain date.
