Attaching the existing SmarterMail services to Plesk.
When there is a SmarterMail service running on the same server with Plesk, it would be great to have an option to create an account in Plesk with the same domain and attach the SmarterMail content.

Create filtering rules to improve the anti-SPAM mechanism
Allow the user to define expressions or words in the subject or body of the message that would classify the email as SPAM. For example: if a rule was created that classifies as SPAM every email that has the word 'OFFER' in the subject.
Just blacklisting by email / domain is not enough, because SPAMERS change domains very easily.4 votesThank you for your input. We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it is popular. Everyone, please continue voting for this feature if you consider it important.

Deliver the emails externally when the mail service is disabled in Plesk Obsidian with SmarterMail
Currently, when mail service is disabled in a domain hosted in Plesk Obsidian with SmarterMail, Plesk disables the mail service for the domain in SmarterMail.
This causes a problem when trying to send an email to this domain because SmarterMail considers the domain is disabled with the following error in the log files:
Delivery for jsmith@domain.tld to jdoe@example.com has bounced. Reason: The domain is disabled
Plesk should do the following when mail service is disabled:
- Keep the domain enabled in SmarterMail
- Configure the Inbound Message Delivey from Local to ExternalOr, provide an option in Plesk GUI to…

Inbox / Email storage encryption
Some customers and users find it difficult to trust a mail provider with unencrypted emails, while they are stored on the mail server, even the email account users domain administrator is sometimes not trusted like that.
Plesk should consider implementing a way for email account owners to option-in on inbox / email storage encryption.
Encryption per folder, inbox, domain or general over all, with their own key or with a key Plesk have generated.
Most of the self-build CP hosters and even cPanel hosters do not have this option, and I think this would be a great sales point, while…

Delete mail import settings
If I import mails I enter username and password. These are stored so I can synchronize at any time. But when I wish to delete the credentials, there is no option for it! Username and password are store in clear text somewhere on my provider's server and they cannot be deleted. That is a security failure!

Create email groups instead of a forwarding email account with the mailbox disabled.
Plesk should be able to create email groups. Most email servers, including the MailEnable that comes with Plesk, implement email accounts, email lists, and email groups in quite different ways. Plesk allows us to create email accounts and mailing lists, but it does not allow us to create email groups. Instead, to get the result that an email group offers, in Plesk you need to create an email account, disable the email box and set up forwarding to addresses that are part of the "group" . This is a little weird.

Configure MailEnalbe Whitelist via Plesk
There is White List under Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings, it is used by SpamAssassin.
MailEnalbe has also White List under Servers > localhost > Services and Connections > SMTP > Properties > Whitelist.
MailEnalbe Whitelist cannot be managed through Plesk.
It would be nice, to have ability to manage MailEnalbe Whitelist in Plesk interface

Add option to modify the upload_max_filesize and post_max_size Globally via Plesk Admin
Add the option to modify the uploadmaxfilesize and postmaxsize Globally via Plesk Admin > Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings.
The "Maximum message size" is already a Global setting in "Mail Server Settings" and these 2 settings should also be there.
Currently the only way to modify these settings in Linux is via a command line in Terminal and Horde, RoundCube, & Kolab all use different php.ini files for these same settings. I believe it would make for a much more user friendly experience if these options were a Global Setting modified preferably via "Plesk…4 votesThank you for your input! Add a Tag for the notification emails for the Public IP address of a server
Add a Tag for the notification emails for the Public IP address of a server. If a server is using NAT when the <ip> Tag is used it shows the Private IP address in the Site Notification emails instead of the Public IP address.

Integrate SmarterMail features directly into Plesk
Consider the possibility of integrating certain SmarterMail administration features directly into the Plesk interface.
For example, allow users to manage spam filters and safe senders from Plesk, without needing to access SmarterMail.3 votes -
Add Full Two-Way Synchronization with SmarterMail
When a user with administrator permissions creates an email account directly in SmarterMail, it is not synchronized with Plesk.
As a result, the account is not displayed in the Plesk interface, which creates confusion and makes centralized management difficult.Ensure that any email account created or modified in SmarterMail is automatically synchronized with Plesk, and vice versa.
This would ensure consistent management and avoid discrepancies between both platforms.3 votes -
Add SmarterMail admin email management in Plesk
Users who create email accounts through Plesk do not have the option to configure them with administrator permissions in SmarterMail.
This limits their ability to manage spam filters, safe senders, and other advanced settings directly in SmarterMail.
Add an option in the Plesk email account creation process to assign administrator permissions in SmarterMail.
This would allow users to manage their email accounts more fully and autonomously.3 votes -
Add warning that Spam Filter is disabled when turning local copies off
Spam Filter tab disappears when checking the "Do not deliver copies of forwarded emails to the Plesk mailbox" option for a mailbox
This should be documented and underlined in the Plesk interface, on the "Edit Mailbox" screen, with a "yellow warning/info box" that will be displayed one we check this checkbox. "Forwarding messages to an email address without keeping a copy of the messages in the local mailbox disables the Spam Filter for this e-mail account."

Autoresponder "From" Email Addresses
It is commonplace nowadays to see something like this when we receive email.
"Accounts From My Organisation" accounts@myorganisation.com .
It looks far more professional and more aesthetically pleasing than the utilitarian "accounts@myorganisation.com" which is the only option currently available in the Plesk Obsidian autoresponder functionality.
It would be a nice feature - and fairly simple, I imagine - to add a field to the autoresponder functionality to allow us to enter a "pretty" name which would be what the email recipient would see in their inbox. Alternatively, of course, the existing field could be amended to allow for…
