  1. Add ability to sign DKIM when Mail service is disabled for domain

    Currently, when mail service is disabled for domain the DKIM signature is not working.

    It should be able to disable mailservices for specific domains (because 3rd party mail service like gmail, microsoft's exchange online etc. is used), while messages
    sent by web application (php mail() function) should still have a valid DKIM signature.

    It is required to add ability to sign DKIM when Mail service is disabled for domain

  2. Add synchronization of DNSSEC records using Amazon Route 53 Extension to AWS DNS servers

    As for now, it is not possible to synchronize DNSSEC records from Plesk to Amazon Route 53 DNS server using Amazon Route 53 Extension. Add synchronization of those records.

  3. Manage PHP-FPM status path and additional PHP-FPM settings globally

    For our monitoring environment we want to use the pm.status_path, ping.path and ping.response settings for all PHP-FPM pools globally.

    At the moment the only way to set these settings is by adding the following in Domain -> PHP Settings -> Additional configuration directives:
    [php-fpm-pool-settings]
    pm.status_path = /php-fpm-status
    ping.path = /php-fpm-ping
    ping.response = pong

    Unfortunately there is no way to set this globally, not by changing the plan nor by utilizing event handlers (because we're unable to set this through /usr/local/psa/bin/php_settings -u).

    I've also been unable to find the template for the PHP-FPM pool settings, so also unable to change this…

  4. Add warning to panel.ini editor extension if it contains duplicate values

    When you have duplicate sections in the panel.ini, only the last one is recognized by Plesk.

    For example:

    [promos]
    enabled = off

    .......
    lot's of other entries
    .......

    [promos]
    newFeatures = true

    Only the last one will become active, the first one is ignored.

    It would be nice to have a warning in the Panel.ini Editor extension if panel.ini contains duplicate sections

  5. Allow customers to issue Sectigo certificates on behalf of their own Sectigo account

    There should be an option to talk to Sectigo ACME service instead of Let's Encrypt only. Currently only LE's ACME service can be used on the extension.

  6. Restrict webmail based on IP address

    It would be great to have a way to limit webmail access for a given domain by IP address, so that the client has to be in their office network, or VPNed in to their office in order to access webmail.domain.tld

  7. Add the "Notify when traffic usage reaches" option to Add-ons of the Service Plans

    Customer is using add-ons to expand the disk space of his customers. Unfortunately the add-on does not allow to expand the "Notify when disk space usage reaches" limit as well. As the result, the reseller customer receiving emails, that the disk space is approaching or already exceeded the resource usage limits.

    Is it possible to add the "Notify when disk space usage reaches" and "Notify when traffic usage reaches" to Add-on's settings?

  9. Possibility to choose the SMTP port to use. Or both ports

    Possibility to choose the SMTP port to use. Or both ports

    I know we have this option: enable SMTP service on port 587 on all IP addresses

    But if that option is enabled, all services continue to use port 465. And it also continues to use postfix, for example.

    The ideal would be to have an option that allows us, in some way, to select which SMTP port to use and that when the desired port is selected, it will automatically reconfigure (or ask us) postfix and other related options.

    Of course, later I will have to modify my mail…

  10. Ability to change/manage Watchdog settings with commands via CLI

    In some cases, it is required to change/manage settings in Watchdog (for example Preferences in Watchdog) for a great number of servers. For now, it is possible only from Plesk GUI which in the scope of about 100 servers will become a great deal to do. So it would be much convenient to be able to manage these settings with command through CLI.

  11. Additional Admin users should have the same permissions like "admin" on Plesk Mobile

    When we access a Plesk server via Plesk Mobile app on iOS using an additional admin user, the only options available are "Domains" and "More"

    Please make the same options available to root/admin user available to additional admins as well: Domains, Information, Events, Services, More.

  12. Perform SQL Server DBs Transaction log Backups via Plesk

    The documentation on backups says even if incremental is specified it does a Full SQL server database backup.

    The Full SQL server database backup does not truncate the transaction log file and it will keep growing forever.

    In order to truncate the SQL Server transaction log, a Transaction log backup has to be performed by the sysadmin. It would be nice to be able to perform those directly in the Plesk interface and by the customer/DB owner instead of the sysadmin.

  13. Text field for notes per WordPress installation

    For managing many WordPress installations with WP Toolkit, it would be helpful to be able to add a (searchable) text note to each instance.
    Similar to labels, but just a free text field where you can insert a few lines of text.

  14. Option to add own Grafana dashboards to advanced monitoring

    You can already achieve this by editing the predefined dashboards in Grafana. But this isn't a very pretty solution for this, it would be nicer with the option to add full dashboards.

  16. Pass variables specifed in Ruby menu in field "Custom environment variables" to rake tasks

    Currently, the option "Custom environment variables" in the menu "Ruby" on a domain is used only for passing environment variables to the application.
    But it's also required to pass environment variables to the rake tasks as well, and in the current implementation, it's necessary to specify necessary variables in the window "Run rake task" each time a rake tasks needs to be executed.
    Variables specifed in the option "Custom environment variables" should be passed to rake tasks as well, as similar options work this way in other products known for developers and used for hosting Ruby apps like Heroku and…

  18. Chose the database server when installing an application from the Aps Catalog

    Option to select any of the database servers setup in Plesk when installing an application from the Aps Catalog,

    Currently, the database server chosen by the aps catalog is the default one on the subscription set in the service plan.

  19. Attaching the existing SmarterMail services to Plesk.

    When there is a SmarterMail service running on the same server with Plesk, it would be great to have an option to create an account in Plesk with the same domain and attach the SmarterMail content.
