Mass import database dump
There are scenarios where multiple databases for multiple domains have to be restored.
In such cases, it would be great to be able to mass import dumps from database backup files instead of going one by one manually importing them on a domain basis

Commit changes on live site to a remote git repository / version control system
I have read a lot about git integration in plesk and it sounded great,e.g. here:
https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/onyx/whats-new/ or here https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/onyx/administrator-guide/website-management/git-support.75824/
But actually as far as I found out, it is only possible to pull and deploy changes from a remote repository to your website. It is very disapointing that it is not possible the other way round:
I would like to make changes to my live site, and commit them (including all changes to the mySQL DB and files) and push them to my github repo.
(Why) is this not possible?
It would be perfect to make quick "backups" and revert…7 votesThank you for your input! We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular.

Implement the http_realip_module in the sw-cp-server
Compile sw-cp-server with httprealipmodule.
It is useful when Plesk itself is behind a proxy.Example use-case: redirect clients from WHMCS to Plesk when Plesk is protected by CloudFlare

"Keep DNS zone" when a domain is deleted
Please add functionality to "Keep DNS zone".
It would allow keeping the DNS zone of a domain when this domain is deleted.
This is useful, for example, if you move an account to a different server that is a part of the same DNS cluster as the previous server, and you want to delete the account information from the original server.
The same functionality is implemented in cPanel:

Be able to add/manage the default gateway of IPv4/IPv6 address(es) through Plesk UI.
It would be nice to have such a feature. This other one was rejected and had 4 votes. https://plesk.uservoice.com/forums/184549-feature-suggestions/suggestions/4138270-a-option-to-enter-a-standart-gateway-for-ipv4-ip

Enable SSH Key Generate via Plesk Control Panel
With the SSH Manager inside Plesk Onyx, it is extremely easy to add a new key to a subscription. The problem is, most users don't understand how to generate a key with tools like PuTTYgen and explaining it to them leaves them very confused. It would be very handy if, inside the SSH manager there was a way to request a new key pair be generated and added to a subscription automatically, so users don't have to go through the hassle of generating a key.

Exclude internal requests from the Traffic statistics
Plesk seems to add up the request response size,
including those of its own extenal IP address.
We would like to disable this behaviour or filter out this info, because
this is not the actual traffic. We have customers that have a lot of internal requests because of some
caching module where about 50% of the total traffic is from its own IP.7 votesThank you for your input! We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases, if it will be popular.

Let's encrypt wildcard for domain aliases
Currently, when requesting a wildcard certificate for a domain with multiple domain aliases, only the main domain gets a wildcard.
Let say you have a main domain domain.com and have 3 subdomains domain.fr, domain.co.jp and domain.eu.
When requesting a wildcard certificate including all aliases, you'll get :
domain.com
*.domain.com
domain.fr
domain.co.jp
domain.euwhere it would be more logical and usefull to have :
domain.com
*.domain.com
domain.fr
*.domain.fr
domain.co.jp
*.domain.co.jp
domain.eu
*.domain.eu7 votes -

Deny access to all dot files by default
A lot of web applications that are either built or simply installed on a website use dot files and folders, whether those be .htaccess, .git, .env, etc.
Generally speaking dot files and folders are used to store either sensitive files or backend configuration which you would never want users to be able to access.
By default Apache has some protection built-in to restrict accessing dot files, but Nginx does not. This creates a potential security risk, for example I might install a web application or build one which has dot files in the public root, these most likely would be…

add permission to disable "certificate selection"
Add permission to disable "for certificate selection"
Use case: if "hosting management" permission is disabled in Subscription > Customize > Permissions > Hosting management - uncheck, an additional Plesk user still able to select SSL certificate in "hosting settings" of domain. User can set certificate to none and thus violate website security.
Add option in Permissions to forbid certificate selection by user to prevent such cases.

Let users choose the preferred log storage path (log file location)
Plesk should store all logs in the standard linux location of /var/log instead of storing logs in /var/www/vhost/system/<domain>/logs. In our case, we run very optimized Plesk environment w/ /var/www/vhost setup on it's own Enterprise RAID SSD. But we can't optimize Plesk hosting when the access logs, error logs, etc are also being written under the same partition (ie /var/www/vhost/...).

When removing a domain from Plesk, if the domain is associated with other domains then a warning should appear to show what associated domains would also be removed. Without this warning, it may remove the entire Plesk subscription along with all associated domains, which is not easily recoverable.

Mod_pagespeed 'cache' clear button in speed settings panel
When tuning system for modpagespeed, http/2, PHP7 w/opcache, https, ran into issue with Apache, where turning modpagespeed off, then back on, or off then restarting doesn't clear cache. On a development site, I had to do a htaccess to fully disable in order to apply CSS changes which were 'stuck' -- a 'clear cache' option from panel would be super cool, vs command line ! :-)
