sort, archive or filter (not spam) email on server directly when received
I'm using different (imap) clients on different devices to read emails. Many of them can be sorted / filtered / archived in specific subfolders by subject, sender or similar.
Most - but not all - clients can be configured to do so - but this means also to reconfigure several clients on rule changes. So i'd like to suggest the possibility to handle emails on receiving on the server.
E.g:
- if sender ends with "domain.foo" or subject contains "project bar" then move to folder bar and mark as read
- if sender is "foo@domain.bar" forward to "…6 votesThank you for your input! We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular.

Add event handlers per domain for switching mail service on/off
It'd be really useful to be able to call handlers for when the mail service for a domain is switched on/off. The only variable needed is probably the domain name. The on/off handlers should be available for both domain and subdomain.

Issue SSL to aliases when main domain is not hosted in Plesk
Obtain Let's Encrypt SSL certificates for domain aliases, even when the "main" domain does not resolve in DNS to the requested Plesk server.

Add a configurable option in Plesk to retain the existing private key when renewing a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate
Add a configurable option in Plesk to retain the existing private key when re-issuing or renewing a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate.
This would be useful in environments where DANE/TLSA support is enabled. Retaining the same private key ensures that TLSA records (e.g., type 3 1 1) remain valid across certificate renewals. This is critical for maintaining secure SMTP delivery and avoiding disruption in DNSSEC-enabled domains.

Allow SMTP authentication with incoming mail disabled
Having the mail server enabled for a domain makes all mail go to it internally, even if the MX records of the domain point to another server.
The option to disable incoming mail resolves this, but doesn't allow Plesk to send mail over SMTP for that domain, only PHP mail.
This is not preferable because this mail can't be encrypted nor signed with DKIM. Therefore, for security, Plesk should have an option to disable incoming mail while still allowing SMTP delivery by using the public MX records.

Queue emails over limit in a domain instead of defearring
If you have activated a limit and the limit is reached, all further mails are rejected. It would be good if for these emails to remain in the mail queue and be sent automatically after the set time for the limit has expired.

Import existing accounts from SmarterMail remote to Plesk
We have a remote server for mail with SmarterMail. We have a problem, when the clients creates an account from SmarterMail, there is no automatic script or something from Plesk that synchronises all the accounts.

Add backup restore (sw-tar) multithreading
Plesk uses its internal sw-tar program for unpacking backups, which currently lacks multithreading support. This results in a significantly slower recovery process when handling a large number of files or large data volumes.
Given the continuously growing data volumes and increasing file sizes, it is time to implement this feature.

Bypass MFA when using session token to login
Currently, when session tokens are used for logging into Plesk and MFA is enabled, the MFA code is still required.
It would be useful to have an option to bypass MFA when using session tokens to log into Plesk.

Support for HTTP/2 on apache (without using nginx as proxy)
Hi,
It seems some Plesk users would like to have support for HTTP/2 on apache directly (without using nginx as a proxy).
We do not clearly understand cases when it is required. Why using nginx as a proxy in front of the Apache is not an option? Could you please let us know how this feature should work in terms of workflow, in your opinion? We welcome any feedback and would be happy to receive examples to investigate the question in more detail.5 votesThank you for your idea. Could you tell us which scenarios you want to enable with this functionality?

Bring back a "late adopter" version
On servers with many users, bugs can have a significant impact on the business reputation and support volume. Plesk once had a "late adopter" option so that updates were not done right after publication, but a bit later, when most of the product issues discovered were already solved by hotfixes or patches (minor updates). Maybe this could be brought back into the product as an option for Plesk updates?

Make the Grafana Monitoring extension in Plesk use other languages
Once I set the language of Plesk to another language, the language for the Grafana Monitoring extension remains English. It would be nice to have the option of selecting another language in that interface.

Monitor RAID and inform user on failed drives
Monitoring services is great, but when a RAID drive fails, this can also have a strong impact on operations. A failed RAID drive cannot be monitored yet. Plesk should add suitable monitoring for soft RAID and the most commonly used hardware RAID adapters like LSI or Adaptec to check the RAID status and inform users on the GUI if RAID is defective or a drive needs replacement.

Allow the user to choose the folder in which an archive gets extracted instead of extracting only in the folder the zip archive exists in. This is especially important for webapps that don't use webdeploy.

Add color support for comments in panel.ini editor extension
There's no comment color support, which causes visual bugs in the panel.ini editor view.
For example:
A word in the default description for the [pmm] section has a tilde character ( ` ) instead of an apostrophe. This causes everything after it, including other sections, to appear in brown color, and not the correct color code for further sections.Comments should be recognized as such and have their own color code (like gray) so its contents don't take over the color in upcoming sections. It can confuse users.
