PHP GD webp support

The version of GD provided with Plesk PHP packages does not have support for webp enabled by default. Almost all browsers now support this format.

    Warning: imagecreatefromstring(): No WEBP support in this PHP build...

    After doing some research it turns out you have the functionality, it's just not included. Using a free web host here, can't re-install PHP... *waves white flag*

    WebP is now supported across all the major browsers: Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera. So please!

    Since webp is more and more used in webdevelopment its time to enable support for it.
    Its even not something complicated to handle with, just setting a flag. I wonder why its not already done :(

    I run and manage dozens of sites with plesk but have needed this feature for a while. Will need to move all sites to a different solution unless I can get it soon. Please help!
