   It may be that some people want this disabled by default, but then it should be possible to disable it with a global setting and not disabled by default.

   I would be quite annoyed if I had to enable it every time for individual domains/subscriptions.

    Since Plesk Onyx you will be able to install memcache as a Docker container and configure http(s) proxy rule for it to map to your web app.
