Dear all,
I look for having forwarding email in plex with the ability for the mail user to send mail by SMTP. It seems not possible to have a SMTP access without creating a mailbox and then using space size even if all is forwarded directly.
Could you please indicate me the way to solve this issue ?Thanks a lot advance.

Integrate munin
Integrate munin monitoring tools, just one click and see all data :)
7 votesAt the moment we have already Health Monitor as monitoring tool in Plesk and I think that integration another monitoring tool is impractical. As possible solution you can use discussion on forum – http://forum.odin.com/threads/plesk-12-0-18-munin-2-x-on-ubuntu-14-04-libapache2-mod-fcgid-problem.325150/

Create the option "Maximum number of incremental backups to store" on Plesk
Currently it is possible to limit the "Maximum number of full backups to store" which is valid for Full backups only, it would be good to have a similar option to limit the "Maximum number of incremental backups to store"

Integration with localwp
Localwp (https://localwp.com/) is an amazing tool for WordPress development. It integrates with two hosts, FlyWheel and WPEngine, which works amazingly well as well. You can clone an environment from the host to your local environment and upload it back to your host in a matter of a few clicks.
If there could be a Plesk integration as well, that would make the be great!!! ( https://localwp.com/host-interest/ )
6 votesCloning a website from a production server to a staging server and vice versa can be done with a few clicks in the WP Toolkit that comes with Plesk. It is already very easy to have a staging environment online in the same webspace account like the production website, yet in a separate domain or subdomain where all settings can be individually tested risk-free. This is technically much better than to have an installation locally, because it shares the same environment with the production website. There is no need for a third-party solution as WP Toolkit already has all that is needed.
However, we know that users like to stay with the software they are accustomed to. Plesk has a solution for it: If you prefer to have an interface from localwp to Plesk, please suggest to localwp developers to create an extension for Plesk using the free Plesk API.

Make PHP-PM available for usage with Nginx and Apache
Currently we have the choice of fastCGI with Apache or fastCGI or FPM with nginx when setting up a PHP site.
These are great but a newer alternative is now out, PHP-PM, which could give a lot of sites a very nice performance boost.
It would be great if we could get this added as an extra option on Plesk when setting up PHP sites.
6 votesUnfortunately PPM is so buggy that we are afraid we have no intentions to offer it as a feature to our customers.

Add the option to forbid execution of files in Plesk for Windows
In Plesk for Windows, add options to forbid executing .exe, .bat and other executable files in order to prevent starting of malicious scripts.
It should be added to domain and server-wide levels.6 votesNo further information on where in Plesk for Windows one can directly execute files, neither on where should .exe, .bat, .com be blocked was provided. We must decline this request.

use nginx server as a proxy for mail service
The ability to use nginx as mail proxy.
For example, as Postfix does not support SNI, such feature would be useful
https://docs.nginx.com/nginx/admin-guide/mail-proxy/mail-proxy/
6 votesAs Postfix SNI became available and is fully supported in Plesk and this feature request received only a few votes we must decline it.

Plesk Multi Server: allows mailbox owners access to Plesk
Plesk Multi Server should allows mailbox owners access to Plesk using credentials from their mailboxes so they can manage their Out-of-Office and reset their password. This feature is present in the standalone Plesk but needs to be ported over to Plesk Multi Server
6 votesPlesk Multi Server was discontinued some years ago. This feature cannot be realized, because it asks for a change in Plesk Multi Server.

Bacula backup system or similar
Integrate Bacula system or similar backup system, with a clean-easy panel configuration =) , mysql integration and other setups to work fine =) =) =)
6 votesThis feature request has not received a lot of votes. For that reason we suggest to ask Bacula if they would like to develop an extension for Plesk to integrate their offer with Plesk. There are many other backup or storage space vendor extensions already. Also check out the Plesk Backup to Cloud Pro package that expands the backup options to many commonly used platforms.

I'd like to make PHP, NGINX, Apache - compiled with maximum support for all extensions
I'd like to make PHP, NGINX, Apache - compiled with maximum support for all extensions
Очень хочется чтоб PHP, NGINX, Apache - были скомпилированы с максимальной поддержкой всех расширений6 votesThank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, this request contains several different suggestions, and it’s not technically possible to properly handle them inside one request. Please consider creating separate feature requests for each of the items below:
- PHP – compiled with maximum support for all extensions
You can use PHP from original OS vendor repo. Please create a new request and let us know why do you not use OS vendor repo and what exactly extension do you need.- NGINX – compiled with maximum support for all extensions
Each new module affects nginx. Could you explain what exactly nginx module do you want? Please create a new request and let us know what module do you need.- Apache – compiled with maximum support for all extensions
Plesk doesn’t ship Apache, it only downloads it from original OS vendor repo.— AY

Support of JMAP
"JMAP is intended to be a new standard for email clients to connect to mail stores. It therefore intends to primarily replace IMAP + SMTP submission. It is also designed to be more generic such that it can be extended with contacts, calendars in the future (replacing CardDAV/CalDAV)." (http://jmap.io/)
Sounds good to have it ASAP it is released.
6 votes3 years after its invention support of JMAP is limited to "experimental" support in a rare number of software products. As Plesk does not provide mail server software themselves, but merely is a comfortable user interface to such software, JMAP will not become a reality in Plesk itself, but maybe in Postfix, QMail, Dovecot or a then new mail daemon application on servers some day in the future. In that case we'll be happy to review this topic again. But for now, it is just nothing that is close to becoming a reality on the web, neither are there suitable server software packages for which a user interface could be developed. For these reasons we must decline this request.

Combine multiple 301 redirects
I recently updated to Onyx 17.5.3.
In the hosting settings for each domain i can enable a 301 redirect to HTTPS and i can set a 301 redirect for the preferred domain.
Great features, but the SEO boys are complaining... Apperently Google does not like multiple redirects.
Please combine multiple 301 redirects.
6 votesThis feature request is based on the false assumption that 301 redirects in combination with non-SSL-2-SSL redirects can create issues with Google ranking. There is no impact on Google ranking. For that reason we decline the request.

Integrate ***** DNS extension with cPanel dnsonly
cPanel uses Bind by default, same as Plesk, and ***** DNS manager extension already allows working with remote Bind installations.
It would be great if the extension gets improved to be able to synchronize changes to a cPanel dnsonly servers.
This is the main feature that could help cPanel clients like ourselves, test and enjoy the features Plesk Onyx provides, without having to consider creating a new set of DNS servers.

Backup-Manager: Show planned backups schedule
Short info in website specific backup manager, if there are scheduled backups planned, and if so then show the schedule. Additional a overview table in server wide backup manager with all schedule backups of each website, e.g.:
domain | daily/weekly/monthly | weekday/date | time | next schedule date | option to editAt the moment you can set scheduled backups and just get a short message, that is is planned, but you can't find the info anywhere anymore. So if I don't remember, I maybe set another scheduled backup and I've no idea, if the first one is reset by…

Add Siberian CMS in the list of the installable applications
Add this application in the list of available applications. It would be easier for us to install it, and create mobile applications in addition to websites.
6 votesAt the moment we do not plans for adding Siberian CMS to Application Catalog but you can pack this application with APS Standard according to https://doc.apsstandard.org/2.1/legacy/

Optimise web forwarding config when using nginx + Apache
When using nginx as a reverse proxy to apache, it seems wasteful for a web forwarding domain to be configured within both http servers.
For example;
configure domaina.com to forward to http://domainb.com
You'll see a nginx virtualhost is created to reverse proxy domaina.com to apache. Apache is then configured to return the Location header to domainb.com.Why not do it completely within nginx and save a tiny bit more memory on Apache's side?
