Add to Plesk possibility of installing certificates from ACME-compliant services other than Let's EncryptIn Plesk, there is a Let's Encrypt which is an ACME-compliant vendor of certificates. It would be good to have another one or the possibility to implement other ACME-compliant certificates via Plesk tools. For example JPRS: https://jprs.jp/pubcert/about/ACME/index.html 4 votesThank you for your input! We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it becomes popular. Display MySQL/MariaDB versions with warnings for unsupported versions in the DashboardMany users run unsupported versions of MySQL or MariaDB, leading to issues such as failed updates or database errors. Since Plesk only supports LTS versions of MySQL/MariaDB, it's important to make this clear to administrators. I propose adding the following improvements to the Dashboard: - Display the installed MySQL/MariaDB version directly on the Dashboard.
- Include warnings for unsupported MySQL/MariaDB versions, with a color-coded alert system similar to the OS warnings.
These warnings should also link to support articles that explain the importance of running supported database versions and provide instructions for updating to a supported version. By implementing this, administrators can… 4 votesThank you for your input! We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it becomes popular. Add global setting for automatic mail.domain.tld certificate assignmentI'd like to propose a straightforward solution that has proven effective in the industry. Introduce a global setting in Plesk: [ ] Use mail.domain.tld subdomains for all mail certificates
ⓘ This setting will automatically assign mail certificates through mail.domain.tld subdomains for all subscriptions.Benefits of this approach: - Provides a consistent, automated way to handle mail certificates.
- Solves the automatic renewal issue without requiring manual intervention.
- Simplifies subscription migration between Plesk servers. Customers won't need to adjust settings, reducing frustration for both clients and administrators.
- Adapts to current market trends, where clients often host their websites externally (e.g., on Wix) while…

manage root user event handlers **VIA THE UI** without blocking their existence entirelyability to block access to create / manage root user event handlers VIA THE UI without blocking their existence entirely (i.e. so that CloudLinux installer would work, which I presume creates the event handlers via CLI, but the Plesk admin would not have access via UI to touch them or create event handlers of their own that would effectively give them root access to the underlying server). 2 votes

Allow Customers to create scheduled website database dumps on their ownAt the moment, Customer accounts in Plesk can create database dumps manually, however they do not have the necessary access to schedule the specific creation of such website database dumps. That task is also not possible via a cron job, because the mysqldump command requires root access, which the Customer account does not possess. Website database dumps can be created only manually via the Plesk GUI while using the steps in the https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12388279759255-How-to-export-a-website-database-in-Plesk article. It would e very helpful to include the ability to create scheduled website database dumps while logged in as a Customer. 2 votes

FTP Bandwidth Control in PleskIntroduce a feature within Plesk to allow administrators to limit and manage FTP bandwidth usage on a per-domain or server-wide basis. This feature would enable precise control over the data transfer rates for FTP services, improving resource allocation and network traffic management. By offering bandwidth throttling, server administrators can prevent excessive FTP usage from affecting other services, enhancing overall server performance and customer satisfaction. 4 votesThank you for your input! Allow hosting email directly on Google when using Google Workspace extensionCurrently, Plesk sets DNS records for mail to mail.<domain> pointing to the Plesk server and creates accounts in Google Workspace as well as accounts locally which are then relayed to Google Workspace, so emails go through the Plesk server and become unavailable if Plesk is down even though they are hosted on Google Please add possibility to set the mail records to point directly to Google 2 votes
