  1. Allow WPML Multi-stage licenses in wp-config

    If we add the line "define( 'OTGSINSTALLERSITEKEYWPML', 'your-site-key' );" in the wp-config, for keep our WPML license between dev et prod stages, the Wordpress-toolkit detect a problem and won't copy data. Please fix it.

  2. Plesk should generate the TXT record for _acme-challenge regardless of the status of BIND

    If BIND has failed/does not start during Let's Encrypt certificate renewal, so there was no TXT record for _acme-challenge generated.
    Plesk should generate the TXT record regardless of the status of BIND.

  4. have a section called "payment methods"

    you have emailed my to ask me to update my card using the "payment methods" section, but this section does not exist, and there is no way I can put in my new card details.

  5. My search bar black on Chrome

    I noticed that my search bar in Chrome turned black. This happened after the updates that I applied to my site. I read about this problem, but I cannot understand what the relationship is.

  6. Mail autodiscover with "no hosting" subscription

    Mail autodiscover doesn't seems to work, when a subscription hasn't got a hosting! For example when a subscription only uses email but no website hosting.

    Please fix this.

  7. Clear Domain Remnants

    Not sure if it is a local problem with my hosting provider, or a global software problem.

    I had plenty domain aliases.
    I deleted them as domain aliases, and then tried to add them as main domains.

    I received the error: "This DNS record already exists."
    And I could not add the domains.

    So either the software is not set to clean domain remnants, when a domain is being deleted, or it is a local problem with my hosting provider.

  8. Bring back the old Plesk, along with the best service (like in the glory days)

    Being a customer from (almost) the first hour back in 1999 we have seen a lot of (bad) changes in and around Plesk.

    However the last approx. 4 years things have become far more worse. This was the exact same time Plesk was acquired by British Oakley Capital Limited (investment company).

    They also acquired (under the portfolio name WebPros) cPanel, WHMCS, SolusVM and others. And they all suffer from the exact same things!

    The Plesk product is becoming worse by every new "update" and we have experienced already two (massive) price increases.

    So I vote Plesk to become a stand-alone…

  9. Code Editor closes when searching and pressing ESC

    In the "Code Editor" editing a file (html, js, etc) in the panel, I search using CRTL+F but when I press ESC the "Code Editor" screen closes in place of just remove the search function, that is the expected behaviour, close the called function not the tab. Please fix this UX problem.

  10. Is it possible for Plesk to create a SpamAssassin URIBL mirror

    Is it possible for Plesk to create a SpamAssassin URIBL mirror for look-ups by Plesk licensed customers? The SpamAssassin often is blocked on lookup because too many servers are looking up BL ips.

  12. I'm using Horde email, why do I have to log into my mail account every day?

    I'm using Horde email, why do I have to log into my mail account every day? Can Plesk have an option to allow my email web page to be open every day for a month or two? I use Yahoo email, and it will stay signed in for months, as long as I don't clear my browser cache. Why can't Horde email do the same thing?

  14. Add possibility to create forwarding addresses without specifying user and password

    It is no longer possible to create mail accounts without a password in Plesk Obsidian. However it is required to create such mail addresses for Forwarding as example.

    Change that Swedish word for "Databases" to the correct word "Databaser" instead of "DatabaVisar" which is more like "DatabaShow" in English.

  20. Advanced Monitoring for subscriptions visible only for Plesk Admin

    Currently Advanced Monitoring Integration with customer subscriptions lets both Admin and Customers see the charts in regards to resource usage.

    It would be great to have an option to let only the Admin see this, without customers.

    Advanced Monitoring has a comparison feature and it is available only for Plesk admins but due to the bug EXTPLESK-2377, currently, it is not possible to “Enable comparison between subscriptions (up to 10)” without enabling integration with customers’ subscriptions. The bug will be fixed in the next release.

    We are closing this request since it is a bug and we have confirmed it.
