1. Introduce DNS records multi-column sort.

   When required to add a few NS records, it's easy to make typos as DNS records can be sorted by a record type but not sorted by value.

   The following sorting is proposed:
   1. User Sorts by Value, then the order is: Value (ASC or DESC), Type (ASC), Host (ASC)
   2. User Sorts by Type, then the order is: Type (ASC or DESC), Host (ASC), Value (ASC)
   3. User Sorts by Host, then the order is: Host (ASC or DESC), Type (ASC), Value (ASC)

2. change the remote configuration of the Smarter Mail via the interface Plesk

   Hi,

   I would like to suggest to implement the option to change the via to change the domain/mail path via the Smarter Mail configuration

   As eg:

   Default Path: c:\smartermail\domains\

   Would be super interesting adding the option to be able to custom this path instead using the default only.

3. Enable the mailbox size calculation for remote SmarterMail servers

   At the moment, only local mailboxes are included in the subscription's Disk Usage limit, according to the documentation page regarding Disk Space Usage Calculation :

4. Add field of last time the password was changed in the mailing list

   Due to IT security implementations it is often necessary to know when users changed their password to force them to change it again.
   From this change, new features could be added to improve the service.
   -Number of saved passwords
   -Force password change every x days
   -Send password change reminder

5. Add Additional Plesk Email Notifications

   Add Native Plesk Email Notifications for following Plesk events:
   Panel User Login
   Panel User Login Attempt Failed

   It can be associated with time stamp, URL, IP, event name, login name.

   For now, this functionality can only be achieved with the Plesk Event Manager and custom mailing scripts.

6. Configure default View Mode for the Resellers and Customers

   Plesk Obsidian introduced the Dynamic List View Mode and some of our customers are having problems understanding the new GUI.

   It would be very helpful to configure the View Mode at the Service Plan level:
   - Disable the possibility to change the View Mode
   - Configure a default View Mode

7. To remove the HTML body of nginx 301 302 redirects

   When Nginx returns a 301 or a 302 redirect, it also returns a small useless HTML body.

   You can see this body when you perform a "curl talk.plesk.com" for instance. However today, many major domains don't return a HTML body, it is the case of facebook.com, twitter.com, youtube.com and www.plesk.com .
   Funny enough, when i do a "curl www.plesk.com" it returns no html body. It means that someone at plesk remove this html body. But in plesk onyx it will always return the default html body that I have mentionned before. However, talk.plesk.com still returns the nginx html body.

   It helps to save a bit of bytes for those who have a lot of redirects.

   From a SEO point of view, I had an issue related to the HTML body of 301 nginx redirect. Google saw it as a crawl anomaly and soft 404. It means that google thought that the HTML body returned by nginx was a real document (sic) and thought that my server was not properly configured.

   So to achieve this, I already did it locally, in nginx additional directives for my http to https.

   return 300; # 300 is a filler: client will get the original HTTP status code
   }

   I guess it is possible to do it in server.conf.

   Today, all bots and browsers rely on the HTTP header field "Location" only to find the destination URL of a 301 or a 302. This is what happens when a bot hits www.plesk.com which does not return a HTML BODY in a 301 redirect.

9. Ability to set in service plan which hosting type will be available for customers

   Currently, it is possible to disable hosting at Service plans > serviceplan > Hosting Parameters

   In that way customer will only have option "No hosting" and cannot change it.

   I would suggest add the ability to choose which option will be available for customers. For example:

   No hosting
   Forwarding

   OR

   Only forwarding

   OR

   Web Hosting
   No hosting

   Currently, only administrator can change hosting type if web hosting is disabled in service plan

10. Using LDAP with Mail server

    The LDAP Auth extension only allows enabling LDAP authentication to Plesk. Can you allow end-users to use outlook/thunderbird/webmail with the password stored in the Active Directory?

    In this case, the mail server has to be configured via Plesk to use the LDAP authentication.

11. Allow roles that are limited to managing specific domains within a subscription

    Allow creation of sub users with access to only one domain or subdomain inside the subscription

    If a customer owns a subscription with 2 or 3 domains it would be useful that a user for a webdev could be added so that he can manage the domain/subdomain not only from FTP but Dbs etc.

14. Add Incremental backups support for Presence Builder

    Currently, Presence Builder attachments (for example, images that have been added via Slider module to a domain) ends up in every incremental Plesk backup. Such attachments should not be in incremental backups as they are not being changed, modified, etc before the incremental backup starts.
    I suggest adding such a feature for incremental backups support for such Presence Builder files.

15. Webhosting Migration Windows with central Smartermail Server

    Make Migrations possible for Windows Plesk Hosting Servers with central Smartermail Server. right now it's not possible to move/migrate hosting from source to destination windows plesk server if same central remote smartermail mailserver is used. would be great if we could just move webhosting part from older windows to newer windows hosting server and let all mail accounts and mails untached on central remote smartermail server.

16. add search and replace in code editor

    The ctrl-F feature provides a search function, but there is no search and replace that I can find. I'd like the file editor to have the same editing functions as notepad++.

17. Backup/Restore a table or DB to file

    Backup / Restore manager is fine, but what if we only want to restore one / several tables, not the whole Database?
    Add feature to restore single tables only.

    Or even more flexible: add the possibility to restore a DB dump to a file. This file can then be searched / adjusted to restore specific tables only. Once it is adjusted we could load it in the DB / perform the restore.

19. Permissions for SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS management

    It would be nice for the users to be able to enable or disable:

    "Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS"

    option in their panel.
    Instead of setting it in the service plan, give to the user the permission to manage this feature.

    For now, the only way to manage WordPress Smart Updates notifications is to enable/disable them at all under Tools & Settings > Notifications > WordPress application updates.
