  2. Email Security reports

    It would be great to:

    see a report of which mails are considered spam
    if I want to send a marked mail any way include an option to do so

  3. Show notification about available manual system packages updates

    Kernel updates are excluded from Plesk update manager (https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003708353), however, no notification about available kernel updates is shown under Tools & Settings > System Updates. It is necessary to implement such warnings so that one is aware of available updates and can run these manually via command-line interface.

  4. support BTRFS or ZFS filesystem

    Support the usage of a BTRFS (or ZFS) filesystem so that administrators could take advantage of several new features like taking snapshots, using storage pools, ...
    I've currently tested Plesk against BTRFS and ZFS but Plesk does at least support no quotas on this filesystems so that we can not use them as quotas are mandatory.

  5. Ability to clone Drupal instances automatically

    Currently the ability to clone Drupal instances is missing in Plesk: you can install it, but if you would like to have similar instance on other domain, work should be done manually and even that way manually added instance will not be detected by Plesk utilities. Drupal is one of the widely used CMS and it will be good to have extended feature for managing it in Plesk.

  6. Additional account for reseller with same permissions

    We as web agency have the following use-case:

    • We run the Plesk server

    • A customer of us acts like a reseller for us and we configure him as reseller in Plesk

    • This reseller creates his customers with their subscriptions. The reseller manage different customers with different subscriptions.

    • Our customer acting as reseller has a team managing his customers.

    • Each team member of the managing team of our customer (acting as reseller) should have his own user. These users should have access to all subscriptions of all the customers of the reseller.
      (a copy of the initial reseller user)

  7. Possibility to manage time syncronization in Plesk on Debian 10 / Ubuntu 20 / CentOS 8

    Plesk supports Debian 10, Ubuntu 20 and CentOS 8, but currently it's not possible to manage network time settings in Tools & Setting > System Date and Time > Network Time on these operating systems.

    Despite of having native systemd-timesyncd.service (that manages time syncing out of the box), it would be easier to manage NTP time settings using Plesk interface.

  9. Make firewall CLI more usable

    At the moment, it is mandatory to use a second ssh session to confirm the changes. Therefore, you cannot easily script things like setting up a firewall on a new Plesk server.
    Also, it's not possible to deactivate or modify the default rules like it's possible via GUI.

    • Implement a "--force" parameter to be able to setup the firewall via script
    • Make it possible to modify existing rules
    • Make it possible to deactivate rules

  10. mark ham email messages as spam serverwide on Plesk Email Security Pro

    Can not mark ham messages as spam serverwide on Plesk Email Security Pro. Many spam messages and senders look HAM but actually spam. This should be handled by server admin, not individual email clients.

  11. Tool to activate sftp support or enable in libcurl to get SFTP Backup running

    sftp Backup works only if sftp is supported. There is no tool to activate sftp to prevent error message

  13. Add detailed file usage statistics

    There used to be a link to a list of all the files on my site and how much usage there was of them. This was very helpful to me to see how well certain features are being accepted. Kind of like ratings. Please put it back

  14. Make mass selection for files and folders

    When I need to select several files or folders I have to select them one by one. Could you add a feature to select several files by holding Shift button, for example?

  15. Redirect to https and only after to www when HSTS and www prefered domain are enabled

    Hello, it would be good if Plesk can redirect to https and only after to www when www prefered domain is enabled because when submitting your domain on https://hstspreload.org it gives me this error (I replaced my domain by a fake one obviously)

  17. Ability to create a mailbox for a domain only managed by Administrator

    create a specific mailbox on a domain which customer has access where he is unable to delete the email address, change it's passwords, disable it, etc.
