  1. Add functionality for Watchdog to monitor extension services

    Currently, the Watchdog component can not monitor extension services.
    Suggest to add extensions services (e.g. Immunify 360) to the list of the services scanned by Watchdog.

  2. Add multiple Git users with SSH Key authentication

    We are waiting for this feature in Plesk: https://plesk.uservoice.com/forums/184549-feature-suggestions/suggestions/18772873

    We've to apply manually the commands described in here, which is not the desired user experience: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006103313

    Said that, I'm creating this request because it would be a great step if Plesk would also allow Git users with SSH Key authentication. There isn't any workaround available, which is quite frustrating that after 2 years Plesk didn't implement it.

  3. When subscription on source server is deleted after migration do not remove DNS zone on slave DNS

    After a migration the DNS zone for a subscription should not be removed from slave servers configured with Slave DNS Manager extension, if Plesk server is not the master for the zone.

  4. be able to set list view quantities and keep it what you select

    you only have one list setting so its spanned over pages...be able to set a list view and remember it.

  5. Better Database Server Assignment / Visibility

    Currently you only have the option to do nothing and "SHOW ALL" database servers or restrict to a single database server per subscription by using the permissions tab. This means each user that falls under this criteria need a custom service plan.

    We would like to display more than a single database server for clients that choose to pay extra for an additional database server that only they can use. Some projects grow and they need an additional database server - or in some cases they need to migrate data between the old database server (sometimes local to plesk server)…

  6. Add the ability to apply DNS Template to existing domains on Windows

    This feature exists on Linux. So it will be great to have the same on Windows as well. It will make it easier to manage DNS on servers with many domains.

  7. Add support to the WordPress Toolkit for sites with different "WordPress URL" and "Site URL" settings

    The WordPress settings has an option for the WordPress URL and the Site URL to be different - i.e. the WordPress site files are in a sub-directory. But sites in this configuration do not work properly in the WordPress Toolkit.

    Given this is a core feature of WordPress and one used by a lot of sites, I think support for it in the WordPress Toolkit should be a priority.

  8. Separate notifications about each of entities included in DiskUsage

    Currently it is possible to set notifications about "Whole" Disk usage of a subscription (mail, databases, web files). Yes, it is possible to exclude some units for calculating in T&S > Server Settings, however it would be great if customer/administrator received notifications about each separate resource overuse, that can be defined. (Mailboxes or web)

  9. Improve RapidSSL order and reissue for many domains

    Hello,

    Please implement a more efficient way to order and reissue RapidSSL certificates for many domains at one.

    It should be possible to order, reissue and install RapidSSL certificates for multiple domains at once without need to provide payment information over and over again.
    Payment information should be stored by Plesk on to automate payment process.

    Reissuing certificates should happen automatically and it should be possible to unsubscribe domains from future reissuing of the certificate.

  10. Ability to set default timezone for all newly created WordPress instances

    Scenario:
    For example the specific time zone is set in Plesk > Tools & Settings > System Tine > You time zone (GMT+03:00) Europe/Sofia

    However, after creating a new WordPress instance timezone will be set as UTC +0 in WordPress admin dashboard > Settings > General.

    Request:
    Add the ability in WordPress Toolkit use the same timezone which is set in Plesk > Tools & Settings > System Tine > You time zone or ability to set the default time zone for all newly created WordPress instances.

  11. It would be great if you could add features such as META description, Snipper, META title in to your SEO toolkit.

    At the moment no features to add, edit META description, META title, Snipper in the SEO toolkit. I would suggest you to include those features so that users can easily use those features.

  13. View panel.log in Plesk GUI

    Please make the panel.log file available to view in Plesk GUI.

    It would help in troubleshooting issues that show no warning or error messages in GUI, and provide a way to investigate issues if SSH access in unavailable for some reason.

  14. Add ability to manage DNSBL in Plesk Email Security Extension

    It would be great to add ability to manage DNSBL settings in Plesk Email Security Extension because:
    1. The default settings can be not too strict for client needs;
    2. No way to add IPs or domain into the settings I need to improve mail server security;

  15. Improve cron task for Watchdog component

    Customer receives the following email about execution of the Watchdog cron task:
    From: (Cron Daemon) root@example.com
    Sent: Monday, June 18, 2018 1:00 AM
    To: jdoe@example.com
    Subject: Cron root@example.com /usr/local/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog/cp/secur-check
    DEBUG [utilexec] [5b5560d293f82] Starting:
    rsecurcheck security    2018-07-23 schedule
    DEBUG [util_exec] [5b5560d293f82] Finished in 0.04981s, Error code: TRUE

    From a customer point of view, it is not clear was the task executed or not.

    For example replace the message "Error code: TRUE" to "Watchdog task was successfully executed"

  17. Add the ability to remove spam emails from mailboxes using Plesk Email Security

    Outdated spam emails should be removed from spam folders with the help of Plesk Email Security extension, using either preconfigured interval or the one set in quarantine cleanup.

  18. Replace IP on the server interface

    "/usr/local/psa/bin/reconfigurator" utility adds new IP to interface and assigns all subscriptions to it.

    Old IP still can be pinged and Rereaded in Plesk.
    It's needed to remove this IP manually from the interface.
    It's good to have a feature to remove old IP automatically(IP replacement).

  19. Add Nginx Jails to Fail2Ban

    Plesk has - praise be - increasingly better supported Nginx, now with the option to use only Nginx, which is great.

    That being so, now we need the next logical step: The Fail2Ban Jails for Apache are available, but will have no effect, as Apache is not used at all any more. So we need some Jails for Nginx.

    This is not exactly rocket science, there are plenty of examples to be found on the web, the Fail2Ban distribution has some, and here's an article on digitalocean:

  20. The MediaWiki version currently installable through Plesk is outdated

    In Plesk 17.8.11, the MediaWiki version currently available is 1.31.0, which is outdated. The long-term support version is at 1.31.6, and the most recent one at 1.34.0, see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Download.

    Please consider updating the installer.
