  1. Allow roles that are limited to managing specific domains within a subscription

    Allow creation of sub users with access to only one domain or subdomain inside the subscription

    If a customer owns a subscription with 2 or 3 domains it would be useful that a user for a webdev could be added so that he can manage the domain/subdomain not only from FTP but Dbs etc.

  2. Compile Plesk PHP with a newer version of libicu

    Plesk PHP handlers should have the latest libicu package version for better compatibility with newer versions of web apps such as Magento

  3. Wildcard subdomain support for Plesk Windows

    Wildcard support for subdomains has been available since IIS 10. This should now be supported in Plesk also.

  4. Add Incremental backups support for Presence Builder

    Currently, Presence Builder attachments (for example, images that have been added via Slider module to a domain) ends up in every incremental Plesk backup. Such attachments should not be in incremental backups as they are not being changed, modified, etc before the incremental backup starts.
    I suggest adding such a feature for incremental backups support for such Presence Builder files.

  5. Webhosting Migration Windows with central Smartermail Server

    Make Migrations possible for Windows Plesk Hosting Servers with central Smartermail Server. right now it's not possible to move/migrate hosting from source to destination windows plesk server if same central remote smartermail mailserver is used. would be great if we could just move webhosting part from older windows to newer windows hosting server and let all mail accounts and mails untached on central remote smartermail server.

  6. Backup/Restore a table or DB to file

    Backup / Restore manager is fine, but what if we only want to restore one / several tables, not the whole Database?
    Add feature to restore single tables only.

    Or even more flexible: add the possibility to restore a DB dump to a file. This file can then be searched / adjusted to restore specific tables only. Once it is adjusted we could load it in the DB / perform the restore.

  8. Permissions for SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS management

    It would be nice for the users to be able to enable or disable:

    "Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS"

    option in their panel.
    Instead of setting it in the service plan, give to the user the permission to manage this feature.

  9. WordPress Smart Updates notifications

    For now, the only way to manage WordPress Smart Updates notifications is to enable/disable them at all under Tools & Settings > Notifications > WordPress application updates.

  10. Block user access after failed attempts

    It would be great to implement in Plesk a new feature.

    When there are X failed attempts, in Plesk there should be the possibility to block automatically the access to the customer account (completely or for a certain period of time).

    As per now, Plesk block the IP address via Fail2ban, but this is not the feature that we need. We just want to block the access completely or temporarily for the affected login.

  11. Limiting access to Plesk panel by specifying the allowed dst addresses

    It is required to control the accessibility of the Plesk panel by having an option to permit access only by the specified server's IP's. For example:
    Let's say there are 172.16.1.10 & 172.16.1.11 IPs on the server both assigned with a domain name panel.example.com.
    Option "Specified domain" is set in Tools&Settings > Customize Plesk URL.
    Any other IP address on that should NOT serve the login procedure.

    However, when this server has a full subnet 172.16.1.32/27 added as the secondary IP addresses, it is possible to open any of them via the Web Browser, afterward press "Log in to Plesk"…

  12. add functionality for pre-install checker to check supported components and prohibit installation on case unsupported components are found

    It would be great to not have an ability to install Plesk on a system that is using a component (database server, e.x.) that is not supported by the Plesk version.
    Please consider implementing the functionality of the pre-install checking of unsupported components. It can prevent issues with Plesk on the servers with unsupported software.
    Such an idea has already been provided once, however, it was too specific (for database servers only): https://plesk.uservoice.com/forums/184549-feature-suggestions/suggestions/20166910-prohibit-installation-on-unsupported-databases.

  13. Send scheduled backup notifications from administrative email address

    When email specified at Scheduled backup notification it sent on behalf of user and failed due to SPF check

    For example, if you set email for backup notification as test@example.com the email will be sent FROM test@example.com. And if it does not exist on server it may fail during SPF checl

    It is expected that email sent FROM administrative email.

  14. Make it possible to create a subscription with mail service in deactivated state

    In Plesk Onyx, when subscription is created from a service plan, mail service is created in deactivated state.
    But when such subscription is created in Plesk Obsidian, it is created without mail service, which makes creating mail addresses impossible without enabling mail service.
    Creating mail addresses in this way is crucial for the client, so please add this functionality to Plesk.

  15. separate logo change for login page and top-left corner

    Currently in Tools & Settings > Branding it is possible to change logo for both: login page and top-left corner.
    It would be nice to make the feature more flexible: separate logo change for login page and for top-left corner

  16. Add Expand Option to Mail Addresses Page

    Add an option to the Mail Addresses page to expand all the forwarding emails. For example, rather than saying "(and 4 more)" list all 5 forwarding email addresses, not just the first one for each email address on the display.

  18. Ability to enable the detailed error messages in IIS

    Currently, this can be enabled in IIS > example.com > Error pages > Edit feature settings

    or Domains > example.com > File Manager and adjusting the web.config file manually

    The native functionality to enable/disable detailed errors in Domains > example.com > IIS Settings will be easier for customer. Without involving server administrator or adjusting web.config manually.

  19. Add support for the Cluster module in Passenger

    Add support for the Cluster module in Passenger supplied with Plesk:
    https://nodejs.org/api/cluster.html#cluster_cluster

    Currently, when Node Cluster module is called on a NodeJS application configured in Plesk in development mode, the following error is be shown:

    Trace: You required the Node Cluster module, which is incompatible with Passenger, a non-functional shim was returned and your app may still work. However, please remove the related code as soon as possible.

    allow the plesk git extension to show the last commit not the penultimate one after clicking on the pull updates button. This only seems to get updated after some time.
