Add a possibility to allow/disallow "External email address" option when creating mail account
Please consider to add the possibility to allow/disallow "External email address" option on the "Create email address" screen per application user.
The function itself is useful, and many customers are using it.
However, due to security policy of the companies it can be necessary to prohibit password reset by an external email address in principle.Since each customer has a different security mindset, it would be useful to have an option to allow or disallow setting "External email address" on the "Create email address" screen for each application user.

Disable ability to launch SSH commands via additional actions in GIT extension
Users can effectively run arbitrary shell commands on the server by running any binary already present in the chroot or upload any binary, maybe statically linked, or scripts containing a fork bomb that would slow the server or eat cpu credits on the hosting provider.
It is required to have ability to restrict users launch SSH commands completely

Add a way to manage Mass Email Templates via CLI
At the moment, the only way to create a list of specific customers for the mass email template would be to navigate to Tools & Settings > Mass Email Messages > Add Mass Email Template, and add the customers by hand via GUI, which is inconvenient if there are many customers on the server.
Please implement a way to manage the manage Mass Email Templates via console commands.

Allow configuring Smart Updates to check process such as the Checkout when Wordpress is used as an online store (WooCommerce) so it ensures that performing the upgrade won't break the checkout process from beginning to end.
And/Or allow the ability to configure custom testing scenarios.

Enforce Multi-factor Authentication option for Mattermost extension
It would be nice to add Enforce Multi-factor Authentication option for Mattermost extension as at the moment it is possible to only enable the Multi-factor Authentication as an option for users but not force them to use it.

WordPress needs to update the database automatically for multisite setup
if you update WordPress in a multisite setup – WordPress needs to update the database. It would be great to have that done automatically.
At the moment WordPress Toolkit does not upgrade network for multisite setup and does not handle post-update actions that may be required by some plugins. Please let me know if you'd like me to open a request at Plesk UserVoice if you want to see that implemented.

Introduce new event parameters when a Wordpress instance is created
Introduce new event parameters passed by Event Handlers that will differentiate full domain and full subdomain name when handling WordPress instance creation.
For example: at the moment, ${NEWDOMAINNAME} variable will hold full name for subdomain when processing WordPress instance creation event and it would be helpful to have ${PARENTDOMAINNAME} variable for such case

Review the location or the behavior of Users tab
Currently, Users are linked to Customers, but the menu to manage Users is located under Subscriptions.
No matter what subscription is selected to view users: in Plesk > Subscriptions > example.com > Users tab all the users of the customer are shown, no matter to what subscription they belong.
Please review the behavior of the Users tab: move it to Customers (Plesk > Customers > John Doe > Users) or show only the users that can manage this subscription under Subscriptions > example.com > Users tab.2 votesThank you for your input. Allow sending/receiving mails for address of Public Mail folder
In Plesk Premium EMail it is not possible to send or receive mails on the address of the public mail folder's name.
It should be possible to send mails from the public mail folder and mails received in it should be visible for other mail-users as in Microsoft Exchange.

Changing Mailbox Sizes Permission
I'm looking to do what many other web hosts do which is to sell off mailbox space.
I don't want to increase everyone's mailbox size yet, this seems to be the only way.
There is a permission that I can remove from most people to stop them editing their mailbox size. But the Owner / Customer that I'm selling to will still have access to set their own limits (up to the max limit)
I want to be able to offer mailboxes at 2gb, 5gb, 10gb etc. But not allow all of the customers mailboxes up to that level.

Please add Key fields to business objects in Plesk that Administrators and Resellers can edit. It's a must have feature to simple and safe find the correct objects!
Customers - Customer Number
Abonnements - Contract Number
Abonnements Addons - Contract Number
Resllers - Customer Number
Domains - Contract Number..... and so on.
This is a very important feature for automation

Please make Plesk Premium Email available as a PWA (Progressive web apps).
So that we could "install" Roundcube as a PWA on our Phones.

Display server health widget on the home page in Plesk Obsidian
In Plesk Onyx, there was a Server health widget in the home page, but in Obsidian it's no longer available because Advanced Monitoring + Grafana doesn't include this feature.
This missing feature in Obsidian was really helpful because it allowed to understand the server status on a first sight, this widget was showing clearly the status of the CPU, RAM, Disk, Network and Service with representative colors.

Implement an Auto-Update function for Skins
Since the release of Obsidian, every new microupdate changed significant CSS classes in the Skins, which required our custom skin to be edited each time. However there is no way to deploy the new versions automatically.
My suggestion: Implement a way for Skins to be auto-updated.
The meta.xml-File in the skin could contain a new field like "official_url", which is then regularily checked for a newer version, than the one currently installed.10 votesThank you for your input! Allow to register all let's encrypt certificates with a freely configurable ACME ID
Customer has around 2000 domains and hitting the weekly limit for the new certificates. All domains have different ACME IDs
Customer reached Let's Encrypt support and they agreed to increase limits but require to provide "his own dedicated ACME ID". This feature is required to get such dedicated id.
This is useful when a lot of domains were migrated to another server and it is required to secure them quickly without reaching limits.

Add option to remove "installation" option from WordPress Toolkit interface for customers
It would be useful to add ability to remove/hide "installation" option from WordPress Toolkit interface to hide it from customers when they should't install WordPress on their own (for example, as an option in the panel.ini). It might not be the best option to manage WordPress installation via Service Plan resource setting (WordPress Websites resource) as subscription has to be updated regularly and when customers shouldn't install WordPress, "install" button could confuse them.

Make Spamfilter Settings accessible for Mailbox Users
At this time, access to spamfilter settings for a mailbox are only possible for admins and website owners. Pls make it possible for logged in mailbox users to access and edit there own spamfilter settings.
