  1. Anonymous FTP access via IPv6

    Hello,

Plesk allows possibility to configure anonymous FTP access when a dedicated IPv4 address is assigned to a subscription.

However, this is not possible when IPv6 is assigned.

Please add support of anonymous FTP access via IPv6.

  3. Configure the number of Plesk daily dumps that can be stored

It would be very helpful to provide an option in Plesk GUI to configure the number of Plesk daily dumps (/var/lib/psa/dumps/mysql.daily.dump*) stored in the server due to the fact that only storing 8 dumps is not enough for our business standards.

  5. Add the possibility to log into the Plesk Repair Kit extension under Additional Administrator Accounts

At the moment only under admin username is possible to log into the Plesk Repair Kit extension using the link:
    https://server.example.com:8443/repair/

Add the possibility to log into Plesk Repair Kit extension under Additional Administrator Accounts that are created in Plesk > Tools & Settings > Additional Administrator Accounts

  6. Enabling anonymous Git read access for a repository

A developer which has pushed his code to his git repository in plesk (through Local repository on your workstation funcion) is only accesible through authentication. That's OK.

The developer is ready to make his code publicly available.
Unfortunately that is not possible but it would be a nice feature to have.

Maybe not to use the same private repository, but likely in a way to clone it and make it anonymous available only with read acces through http(s) , ex. https://<url>/example.git

  8. Ability to customize Password Reminder email

Currently while it is possible to customize notifications body, there is no way to customize email sent when you click on Forgot password button on logging into Plesk. It would be nice to have ability to customize it as well: as I would like to add into this email my branding, images etc.

  10. Inbox / Email storage encryption

Some customers and users find it difficult to trust a mail provider with unencrypted emails, while they are stored on the mail server, even the email account users domain administrator is sometimes not trusted like that.

Plesk should consider implementing a way for email account owners to option-in on inbox / email storage encryption.

Encryption per folder, inbox, domain or general over all, with their own key or with a key Plesk have generated.

Most of the self-build CP hosters and even cPanel hosters do not have this option, and I think this would be a great sales point, while…

  11. Ability to pull Docker container private Docker repository on Docker Hub

Currently, it is not possible to authenticate on https://hub.docker.com/ to use the container located in private repository.
The w/a is to make the image public, download it and make it private again.

  12. Make Let's Encrypt error details more compact

Error details from "Could not issue/renew Let`s Encrypt certificates" notification are too verbose and excessive. For example:

    • 'Lets Encrypt example.com' [days to expire: 19] [-] example.com

    Invalid response from https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/authz-v3/1654356342.
    Details:
    Type: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:unauthorized
    Status: 403
    Detail: Invalid response from http://example.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/5hml56m8-22VgeVZQPRjBUTGP6UFTYXoN7ZiDdQntrI [1.2.3.4]: "<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC \"-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN\">\n<html><head>\n<title>404 Not Found</title>\n</head><body>\n<h1>Not Found</h1>\n<p"

    the following would be enough:

    Detail: Invalid response from http://example.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/5hml56m8-22VgeVZQPRjBUTGP6UFTYXoN7ZiDdQntrI [1.2.3.4]: "<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC \"-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN\">\n<html><head>\n<title>404 Not Found</title>\n</head><body>\n<h1>Not Found</h1>\n<p"

  13. Customer/user accounts password expire after an specific time.

I would like to have the possilibity to define an expiration time for customer/users created via Plesk.

    eg.

Customer1 / user example / password expire after 30 days.

10 days before an email notification is sent via email or an warning message via Plesk > customer account is displayed.

  16. customize advisor rules

The advisor should be customizable (ignore rule / change weighting) - many of the suggestions could be obsolete - and some of them seem to me to be advertising rather then advice (especially some points with "big score reward).

    some examples

    • a domain is used in plesk only for email or dns. The a-record points to another system which is secured by ssl - but the advisor tells me it is not ??? It should do a real check - not look into the database. Or marked as "done" or "ignore".

    • my plesk server is shielded by a firewall and…

  17. An extension to synchronize DNS zones from Plesk to Vultr DNS service.

This is something that really should be available by now, especially as it's available for DO and AWS.

  20. Allow zero quota mailboxes

Allow the Pleask user to specify a mailbox with no (zero) capacity for the purpose of managing email from a 3rd party such as Gmail. This would allow email to be forwarded to Gmail without the exceeded capacity error but also allow Gmail to send mail through the mail domain. Currently this needs to be modified by admin and it's hard to explain each time to the admin.
