Add an option to Archive sites
Would be great to be able to archive sites.
1 - Create a backup of files and database in the default (cloud) backup storage.
2 - Remove files and database from the hosting.
3 - Change the site status to Archived but keep on the site list.
4 - Allow to easily restore from the cloud backup when needed.

Filtering on Domains view
Hard to navigate the site list when it gets longer.
Would be great to have filters, most importantly by Status (active, inactive, archived).
Hide disabled sites by default.

Faster deployment of Wordpress sites
Deployment or cloning of WordPress sites and then generating unique wp-admin and FTP credentials takes too many actions currently.
Ideal workflow:
1 - Enter a subdomain name (the only thing to enter) and have all other options prefilled to match the subdomain name (database name/user, FTP user, folder, etc).
2 - The site is configured automatically, including creating a subdomain, configuring SSL, creating a database/user, wp-admin user & unique password, FTP user & unique password.
3 - All credentials are displayed on the last step, allowing copy/paste, including wp-admin (user, password), and FTP (server name, port, user name, password).

After creating custom error pages, set and bulk-replace default ones for all active subscriptions.

Send Plesk's notifications over authenticated mail
Feature to use SMTP authentication for Plesk's notifications, as some recipients (as Gmail) may block or put in spam these mails for not being authenticated.

Export filtered results from Log Browser into a file
It would be nice to be able to download a large number of logs from the Log browser. Currently, there are only two options:
- See logs in Log Browser and apply filters
- Download the whole log file via File manager.
What is required is to download filtered results from Log Browser.

It would be useful to be able to create a backup of an individual mailboxes via Plesk interface

Domain content chages log
It would be great to have a feature to track changes in the domains content (files/folder structure, etc) made by the Plesk the administrator account and any other accounts in Action Log or in a separate dedicated log.

Support for Matrix / Element messenger
Hi,
While EMail is still the most common form for federated messaging (and very well supported by Plesk) I would appreciate if other, upcoming federated messaging platforms would also be supported. Support as a one-click-installable app would be nice, full administrative integration in Plesk (like with email) would be nicer (but not that urgent).
In particular I would appreciate support (Server + WebClient) for (in order of preference):

.) XMPP(Jabber) / Prosody / Converse.js

Lower passenger log level to 3 by default
In plesk the log level of passenger in /etc/nginx/conf.d/phusion-passenger.conf and /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/passenger.conf
is set to 5, which is a debug log level https://www.phusionpassenger.com/library/config/nginx/reference/#passenger_log_levelThis is too high and creates logs of 300Mb within 2 days, it should be set to 3 by default

Mail quota won't suspend the subscription
It would be a very useful feature to have an option to configure the 'Mailbox size' limits (Service Plans > select a plan > Resources), so when the limit was reached, the subscription won't getting suspended, but all messages that are exceeded the size limit will bounce with an error message.

Include Plesk backup download in Action Log
Currently, when downloading a Plesk backup via Plesk, this action is not tracked by Plesk Action log.

Deprecate clear domain names as home directory
Since plesk is storing each vhost as clear domain name, every user wit shell access is able to see which domains/customers are on this host, eg. with > getenv passwd
We know we can chroot the user but chroot is NOT a security feature and makes trouble with applications the user might expect (or the environment these applications expect) - and there is still a way to break out from the environment or new ways get discovered. Much afford for nothing in the end.
We do not want to put customers in containers, jails whatsoever to restrict the user access…

File Manager/code editor save the last used directories
And would be save sometime if you have anested folder structure to fastly navigate to the last used folders.
Maybe you could use the same logic as for the quick Change for Domains but instead of domains you could directories

File Manager / code editor last changed files
File Manager / code editor last changed files.
It would be quite nice if you could generate a small list of the last five up to ten files that changed under one Domain via code editor.
You can use the save buttons to get and changed date/timestamp and save it under in you my SQL table under the black database structure.

Sorting of mailbox sizes not possible
Plesk Obsidian
Version 18.0.48As of late, sorting of mailbox sizes is no longer possible. This was a very useful feature in previous versions to show customers which mailboxes were particularly large.

Firewall, Remote Adress(es): input a lot of remote adresses at once.
In the Firewall settings, to input remote adress(es) to block or allow, it would be usefull, to input a lot of remote adresses, just to block or allow a whole company at once (after getting their adresses from ipinfo.io, for example).
Actually I get spam, check remote IP (at dnslytics.com for example) and block that IP, if wanted.
After getting a lot of these mails from IP adresses of the same company, I get the IP adresses from that company and block all the known IP ranges...one by one.
