  2. Disable/Enable access to plesk web interface

    I want stop plesk web interface without side effects for the services. I only mean the access as client in the browser. I'm thinking about disabling the web interface via the shell to avoid the many login attempts, to increase security and if you need the web interface yourself, you can temporarily enable it via the shell.

So it would be nice if you could set the allowed IP(s) via the shell and delete old invalid IPs…

  3. Possibility to install custom PHP handlers on Windows

    Add the possibility to install custom PHP handler versions in Windows just like there is the possibility to do it on Linux as can be seen here: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000497853 and here: https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/obsidian/administrator-guide/web-hosting/php-management/adding-custom-php-versions-linux.75356/

  5. Add support to the WordPress Toolkit for sites with different "WordPress URL" and "Site URL" settings

    The WordPress settings has an option for the WordPress URL and the Site URL to be different - i.e. the WordPress site files are in a sub-directory. But sites in this configuration do not work properly in the WordPress Toolkit.

    Given this is a core feature of WordPress and one used by a lot of sites, I think support for it in the WordPress Toolkit should be a priority.

  6. add an ability to hide "Current password" field with Wordpress Administrator's password in Customer's panel

    When being logged in as a customer in Plesk, it is possible to see the Wordpress Administrator's credentials.
    It is required to hide the administrator's password for security reasons and let the customers login to WP Dashboard anly via the additional user account, added via the WP Dashboard itself.

  7. Completely disable plesk login functionality and use whmcs as a single point of entry

    We use plesk along with whmcs. Clients register and login directly via whmcs. We would like to completely disable plesk login functionality and all related mails like welcome mails, password forget etc. and use whmcs as a single point of entry.

  8. Allow setting a custom port for Git webhook

    Allow setting a custom port for Git.
    This would allow having Plesk publically blocked (port 8443) but it would still be possible to use the git web-hooks.

  9. Changing Mailbox Sizes Permission

    I'm looking to do what many other web hosts do which is to sell off mailbox space.

    I don't want to increase everyone's mailbox size yet, this seems to be the only way.

    There is a permission that I can remove from most people to stop them editing their mailbox size. But the Owner / Customer that I'm selling to will still have access to set their own limits (up to the max limit)

    I want to be able to offer mailboxes at 2gb, 5gb, 10gb etc. But not allow all of the customers mailboxes up to that level.

  10. Add ForeignKey (arbitrary, custom) Fields to users, domains, subscriptions

    Please add Key fields to business objects in Plesk that Administrators and Resellers can edit. It's a must have feature to simple and safe find the correct objects!

    Customers - Customer Number
    Abonnements - Contract Number
    Abonnements Addons - Contract Number
    Resllers - Customer Number
    Domains - Contract Number

    ..... and so on.

    This is a very important feature for automation

  11. Create CSR with multiple domains

    Currently, Plesk only provides the option to include a single domain on a Certificate Signing Request (CSR): https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213939845

    According to our business needs, we need to issue a CSR with alternative subject names, we need to include multiple domains on this CSR so we can issue a SAN certificate, but Plesk doesn't have such functionality.

    Text notifications are hard-coded in WP file /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/wp-toolkit/resources/locales/en-US.php:

  13. Disable webmail for a specific mailbox

    It would be good an option to disable webmail for a specific mailbox instead of the whole domain in cases where we do not want someone accessing the account outside of their workplace.

  14. Add Additional Plesk Email Notifications

    Add Native Plesk Email Notifications for following Plesk events:
    Panel User Login
    Panel User Login Attempt Failed

    It can be associated with time stamp, URL, IP, event name, login name.

    For now, this functionality can only be achieved with the Plesk Event Manager and custom mailing scripts.

  15. Ability to show which IP addresses are used by other domains in the pulldown list at Web Hosting Access

    If the account has multiple domains, it is possible to set a dedicated IP belonging to that account among several domains, but in some cases you may want to allocate one IP to one domain. (E.g. when setting reverse DNS lookup)

    Currently, the pulldown list at domains>%domain name%>Web Hosting Access displays both free IP and the IP used in other domains by the same account, but it is not possible to understand whether it is used by other domains or not.
    Suggest to add the possibility to indicate which IP addresses are already used by other domains in the pulldown…

  16. emails : [Alerting] Load average

    when sending alerts about high load of server, i think it would be a Good idea to receive some kind of snapshot of processes list, maybe not the full list but at least first 10 or 20 heavier processes

    In the meantime you receive email and go to panel to see what is happening. things goes back to normal

  17. Add a possibility to allow/disallow "External email address" option when creating mail account

    Please consider to add the possibility to allow/disallow "External email address" option on the "Create email address" screen per application user.

    The function itself is useful, and many customers are using it.
    However, due to security policy of the companies it can be necessary to prohibit password reset by an external email address in principle.

    Since each customer has a different security mindset, it would be useful to have an option to allow or disallow setting "External email address" on the "Create email address" screen for each application user.

  18. clean temp folder daily windows servers

    Windows Servers (Plesk) become slower when the c:\windows\temp folder has thousands of files in it even if you have SSDs as IIS will have to load all those files each time it loads a website or does a task.
    This folder seems to have thousands of .spamassassin files aswell as thousands of PHP sessions files and its not always a permission issue.

    To ensure this does not occur we created a daily scheduled task to use ForFiles app on windows server to clear it each night. This improves speed dramatically.

  20. Implement Mail Importing feature for subdomains

    Although there is Website Importing function in Plesk for subdomains, there is no Mail Importing function.
