  1. SSL it! support latest server-side-tl version 5

I would be nice that the latetst version of mozilla will be supported in the SSL it! extension. It would be even better that we can select for previous configuration (version 4) or recommended configuration (version 5)

  2. Update of paid WordPress plugins via WordPress Toolkit

As you know, WordPress Toolkit can update plugins and themes installed only from WordPress.org. Paid plugins installed from vendors' websites cannot be updated using WordPress Toolkit.
It's not convenient to update plugins from WordPress.org in the WordPress Toolkit and log into WordPress admin dashboard to update paid ones, so please implement this feature.
Especially considering that it's possible to update both free and paid plugins in the WP dashboard (in the menu "Updates").

WordPress Toolkit 4.7 now can update paid plugins & themes, if these updates are available in the WordPress admin area. Note that certain plugins and themes do not support automatic updates, but display notifications about update availability anyway. This particulal scenario isn’t fully supported yet.

  3. Ability to change favicon.ico for Plesk on permanent basis

At this moment you can change favicon.ico by replacing /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/favicon.ico, however it will be replaced on Plesk update.

It is also not possible to make it permanent using custom theme from Plesk branding guide.

Please make a way to customize favicon.ico on permanent basis

  4. Implement MariaDB 10.4 support

Please implement MariaDB 10.4 support. We have upgraded to MariaDB 10.4 by mistake and now we're jumping through hoops adding new websites / DB users.

The main issue is that MariaDB have moved the 'user' table to a table called 'global_priv' and Plesk is still trying to read from the old one ( which they've converted into a View, so it errors out ).

We can't downgrade, as it's not supported, and we certainly can't roll back. So it would be extremely awesome of you if you'd help with this.

Also by reading on Reddit and Plesk Support forum, we're…

  6. Issue Let's Encrypt SSL certificate for mail server when the "A" DNS record for domain is pointing to another server

This feature is required for users with the configuration when on the Plesk only mail server for domain is used.

"A" DNS record for mail.example.com is pointing to Plesk server, when when "A" record for example.com is pointing to another server.

An opportunity not only to replace Plesk logo with a customized one, but to add a personal logo for each reseller, so that when reseller's customer logs into Plesk, he sees his reseller logo.

  12. Support for .NET Core in windows Hosting is just **** pathetic

Support for .NET Core in windows Hosting is just **** pathetic.

Just change your slolgan to be updated. If you are not supporting .NET Core 2.2 then I think we are wasting our money in your hosting plans

  13. Add the functionality to modify the notify-to-soa option from within Plesk and make it persistent

Add the functionality to modify the notify-to-soa option from within Plesk and make it persistent.

Right now it can be done as per the workaround shown here: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001713434

However, this solution is not persistent as the file /etc/named.conf gets overwriten everytime a change is made in Plesk.

  14. Centos 8 support

On 24 Sep 2019 Centos 8 was released.

    https://blog.centos.org/2019/09/centos-8-and-centos-stream-released/

This is a long time waited release because it brings
a lot of useful features for web hosting performance and security

  15. In WordPress Toolkit Settings, provide an option for default table name prefix

Currently, we can define the default database prefix, but it assigns a random table name prefix, which is confusing to users. I'd like an option to specify the default table name prefix

  16. "Advanced Monitoring" management via CLI or template

To change default Thresholds for Server Health Monitor it was possible by upload custom template.

For "Advanced Monitoring" it's possible to change Thresholds only via GUI. That is not fast if you have many servers.

It would be have to make a feature to be able to manage "Advanced Monitoring" via command line or via templates. It

  17. Add functionality to install, modify and manage wordpress or joomla via API

Right now you can set a service plan to have WordPress or Joomla pre-installed with any new subscriptions, however the installation data such as admin usernames, passwords, site titles are randomized more so if the subscription/domain is setup via API. I think it could be nice if there was an option to install them with custom data or customize them via API. such that when installing via API, i can explicitly set the site title, admin username and passwords, database usernames and passwords etc.

  19. Add custom dns recursion settings via Plesk GUI or CLI and avoid overwriting by Plesk

Going to Tools & Settings > DNS Template > DNS Recursion Settings, it's not possible to set a custom list of IPs or hostnames, it's only possible to choose between different options: any host, localnets, localhost.

As a workaround to this limitation, i'ts required to customize the options section in the /etc/named.conf file, but it gets overwritten by Plesk.

Please, add the possibility to customize the dns recursion settings via Plesk GUI and to keep the custom allow-recursive set in /etc/named.conf file.

  20. wordpress toolkit disable auto update

Plesk Web Admin version comes with a limited WP Toolkit.

It updates WP automatically and the option to deactivate the autoupdate is blocked because of licensing.

I understand that to handle updates from Plesk one should buy a Toolkit license but for the basic free version it should be possible do disable updates.

    Thank you.
