  2. It would be great if you could add features such as META description, Snipper, META title in to your SEO toolkit.

    At the moment no features to add, edit META description, META title, Snipper in the SEO toolkit. I would suggest you to include those features so that users can easily use those features.

  3. Introduce DNS records multi-column sort.

    When required to add a few NS records, it's easy to make typos as DNS records can be sorted by a record type but not sorted by value.

    The following sorting is proposed:
    1. User Sorts by Value, then the order is: Value (ASC or DESC), Type (ASC), Host (ASC)
    2. User Sorts by Type, then the order is: Type (ASC or DESC), Host (ASC), Value (ASC)
    3. User Sorts by Host, then the order is: Host (ASC or DESC), Type (ASC), Value (ASC)

    According to Postfix documentation, multiple Postfix instances are supported. Would like to have such support implemented in Plesk

  5. Is it possible to exclude certain plugins when Cloning/Syncing a WP instance?

    Is it possible to exclude certain plugins when CloningSyncing a WP instance?

    Example: customer wants to have AWS Cloudfront plugin only on live site and not on staging site. WHen they sync all plugins are copied.

  6. Enable the mailbox size calculation for remote SmarterMail servers

    At the moment, only local mailboxes are included in the subscription's Disk Usage limit, according to the documentation page regarding Disk Space Usage Calculation :

    Please provide a way to calculate the mailbox sizes for remote SmarterMail servers as well, so that they are included into the Disk Usage resource.

  7. Ability to trigger folder rescan for Composer

    There needs to be a way to force the Composer extension to rescan folders for a given (sub)domain. Currently, once you've done the initial scan there seems to be no straightforward way of forcing the extension to recognise the fact that you've subsequently either added additional composer.json instances, respectively removed existing ones.

    We found that at least PHPList, coppermine, prestashop, drupal and mediawiki aren't up to date ( 12 November 2020).

  9. Disk usage information for subdomains and additional domains via interface.

    • Be able to review the real disk usage of the subdomain instead only the total.

    As for now, Plesk only shows the total of the disk usage on the main domain as eg:

    Example.com total usage is 2GB
    1.example.com Total usage is 10GB
    2.example.com total usage is 10GB

    Plesk interface only shows the total value under the main domain, in this example case: 22GB, instead show the usage separately.

  12. Add/remove Fail2ban for additional Administrator accounts

    I open this again because the original from "anonymous" is closed.

    When creating an additional admin user it is not possible to add or remove Fail2ban to the option of that user.

    Is it possible to add such functionality in Plesk from the restricted mode?

    So, as @IgorG need more info, here is it:
    The guy are refering that when you create a new plesk admin account, and you check the mark to be "Enabled Restricted Mode" this account cannot see nothing about Fail2Ban. So, when you go to yourserver:8443/admin/server/admin-plan you cannot choose to enable "Fail2Ban" management. So, these restricted…

  14. smartermail let's encrypt

    Hello,

    On plesk you can only configure the Let's encrypt SSL on the webmail not on Smartermail.

    It would be a great addition to add the same support also for Smartermail

  15. Disable ability to launch SSH commands via additional actions in GIT extension

    Users can effectively run arbitrary shell commands on the server by running any binary already present in the chroot or upload any binary, maybe statically linked, or scripts containing a fork bomb that would slow the server or eat cpu credits on the hosting provider.

    It is required to have ability to restrict users launch SSH commands completely

  16. Add a way to manage Mass Email Templates via CLI

    At the moment, the only way to create a list of specific customers for the mass email template would be to navigate to Tools & Settings > Mass Email Messages > Add Mass Email Template, and add the customers by hand via GUI, which is inconvenient if there are many customers on the server.

    Please implement a way to manage the manage Mass Email Templates via console commands.

  17. Show notification about available manual system packages updates

    Kernel updates are excluded from Plesk update manager (https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003708353), however, no notification about available kernel updates is shown under Tools & Settings > System Updates. It is necessary to implement such warnings so that one is aware of available updates and can run these manually via command-line interface.

  18. Add option to restrict customer access to add/edit DNS records per type

    Currently, there is no feature to restrict customer access to edit DNS zones by its type. There is only general DNS zones management permission in Plesk.
    There are cases when access to edit particular type of zone should be restricted. For example, if the customer edits the ptr record, it could broke the mail delivery on the server. To prevent such cases from happening, the option would be helpful.

  19. Custom outgoing SMTP port

    An option to customize outgoing SMTP port.
    Both for SMTP relay and direct SMTP.
    Currently there's only a temporary workaround for Google Cloud VMs with Plesk.

  20. Choose which PHP settings can be edited by end-customer

    For now the ability to forbid managing PHP settings is configured via permission in service plan. However, it is not possible to configure permission for some particular parameter (for example open_basedir). Please add this feature.
